EveryPlate is a low-cost meal kit delivery service that features simple recipes that take about 30 minutes to complete and do not require the use of many pots or pans. Their meal plans are customizable and their shipments are filled with pre-measured and fresh ingredients.

About EveryPlate

EveryPlate deliveries will include 3 recipes per week, serving 2 or 4 people, depending on the chosen plan. Customers may review pre-selected menus or choose 3 from 5 unique weekly recipes. EveryPlate meal subscription can be canceled or skipped at any time. Orders can be modified by midnight 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. To change the number of servings, delivery day, address, email address, payment information, password, or skip any week or weeks, customers may do so easily on EveryPlate’s website. EveryPlate boxes are usually delivered between 8 am and 8 pm.

The first two deliveries were great. The food was excellent, instructions easy to follow, and delivery on time. The next two weeks: NOTHING. No delivery. Nada. Card got charged, though! They credited us for the first shipment the day after it was due. Since we plan our week's grocery budget around these deliveries, so this was a major setback. The next week, same thing. What's the point of a food delivery program if they don't deliver food?

I was so excited to try a meal delivery service. The first order went smoothly, food was OK and the portion sizes were fine......it all went downhill from there, in the 5 weeks that have followed there has been an issue every week! One week it took 7 days to get to my house so i had to throw it all away because the meat and veggies were too old to eat. Twice, my credit card has been deleted from my account so the payment failed and I was not notified, it was discovered when I went on to see where my order was because it was late. They claim that they notify when there is a payment issue but they don't and I have my cc set up so I receive notification of a charge but that never came through... Read More

I tried this everyplate service and was very disappointed with the portions. I’m only feeding 2 adults but ordered the 4plate plan to have extra. Yea right that’s a joke! The 4plate plan should be the 2plate plan portions you receive for the cost. So not worth the $$ at all!

I'm not sure how the ratings are so high. Very questionable. Either these reviews are written by people under some sort of incentive program or the quality of their food is inconsistent. . I just received my first order from EveryPlate and it was very disappointing. There were missing food items, produce that was bruised and looks old. The meat is processed or derived from a can. All in all, this looks like a delivery from a food bank or government food issue program, circa 1983.

I would never order from this company again, food is absolutely sub par, portions for 2 are barely for one. You are wasting your money and can do better shopping at Publix or even Aldi. And when I contacted customer service the rep laughed at me on chat saying "Sorry, ha! Returns. " and "oh my, have a nice day lady" ummm....customer service, totally amazing ya'll!! And there are plenty of food delivery services I've tried that have better quality and definitely deliver for the money and have phenomenal customer service reps.

Overall everyplate is decent. Honestly I have liked most of the meals that we have received. The make issues that we have had are the only vegetable side I feel like we have gotten are carrots and that a few times we have gotten products that are no larger good. Moldy Parmesan cheese and bad garlic. We also onetime didn't receive any soy sauce. I guess for the cost of it, its not half bad but because of those things i can't give it a better rating.

Their customer service is garbage. I ended their services because their options are not the best. A lot of meat options and I couldn’t exchange it for a fish or veggie option. Even when I tried to adjust it, they said well they have these other options (all meat of course). I said no thanks, I will just go ahead and cancel it then. I will obviously still take the last remaining meal that I paid for, but I do not wish to continue. They said some type of deal to keep me, but I declined again. Instead of saying, “no problem! If you change your mind, let us know. Have a good day..” they hung up on me. I went online to make sure my subscription was cancelled (it wasn’t) so I did update it... Read More
