I recently had an awful experience. I moved from WA to NC and we had to put down a $978 deposit, the movers were supposed to show up between 3-6pm and called at 6:15 to tell me they are 2 hours away. When they got there they did not show up with the space that was promised and said they could just "strap my stuff to the ramp". Obviously I didn't like this option and wanted the space that was promised and not strapped to a ramp in a notoriously rainy area. The driver also said he hadn't slept in 2 days and was on a strict schedule, also not something I was excited to hear. I currently have a move in transit with Acme and have had a very bad experience with this company. I was quoted a certain amount and on the day the movers showed up they told me I was not told the right thing and that it would be $2000 more than originally quoted. I was then told that the move would take 21 days to find out 3 weeks later that i'm on day 7 because they don't count weekends and that its 21 days from the date of delivery 5 days after the move. When I called customer service the representative was rude and blamed me. Do yourself a favor and find another company!!!

Watch out with this Company! The worst. Outrageous AD Man FEE. Very Poor Customer Service. Terrible inventory. I will continue at a later date. Don't even start with this company.!!!!!
