Due to the size of the office items we had, we needed to hire a moving company to do this move for us. We contacted Jason at Allegiance Moving and Storage and he quickly got us a great quote for our business to move to our new office building They scheduled everything so that they would be able to come the very next day. The guys showed up on time and immediately started on packing and loading my things. My extremely heavy and large items were packed with extra care to protect them. I have used other long distance moving companies, but I can't say enough good things about this one. You can trust Allegiance Moving and Storage to take care of your move.
Allegiance Moving was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The men that came to my home were also pleasant and professional. The office staff eased my mind and made this move so simple for me. The truck showed up as scheduled at our new home. As soon as they showed up, they went right to work getting everything packed and loaded. Just know they will take care of your move and make it right! I will definitely use them if we move again.
We called Allegiance Moving and Storage to help us move from Missouri to Nevada. We spoke with Jason and he gave us a great price and explained the entire process to us. Their office staff was very helpful answering all of our questions. The lady’s in the office called us and updated us with the arrival time of the truck during the pick up and drop off. Overall, we were very happy with the service and will be recommending them to our friends and family.
Needed a small number of boxes and a few furniture pieces moved from Indiana to Ohio. Called Bill at Allegiance Moving and Storage. He was great to work with and gave me all the information I needed to know of what to expect on the day that I was moving. The men were on time and very efficient. They had everything wrapped and loaded on the truck within about 2 hours. My delivery arrived 2 days later and was unloaded and put into the apartment with the same care and efficiency. Will be using them again in the future if I need to move.
I do not know where all these positive reviews come from. I had a horrible experience with Allegiance Moving and Storage. Their initial quotes are so far beneath what actually gets charged but you will not know that until the day of the move when the movers come and tell you the price will be double the initial quote. Once this happened we were then told we had the option to pay the increased amount or just leave the items that did not fit. I was then told that the quote amount was incorrect because our furniture was "nice and not from Ikea."
