Yo,these guys were awesome! They rolled up on time and handled my stuff like total pros. Even my janky old bookshelf made it in one piece. I legit couldn't have done this move withour 'em.
HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE- HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The GM of the company Jay was absolutely terrible. The way he spoke to me as a customer was absolutely horrible. I was frustrated about all of the price changes that was happening over the course of my move and while talking he stops me and says, "you need to change your tone before we move forward." mind you, i was not being rude or aggressive with him, he admitted this, however he felt that I would become rude and aggressive and so he wanted to get me straight before it happened. Thank you for your feedback in regard to your relocation experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share with us. It is unfortunate that you did not have the move you were anticipating. However, moving can be and is a stressful event.
We have located your file Mya Carlisle Job # A2067613, using a different email address than what you have provided to our office. And we listened to your grievances and acknowledged that there were some issues that could be resolved. We offered you an increased $300.00 (increased from $200) while you can still file a claim separately through the carrier's insurance for reimbursement purposes. We are not obligated but want to offer assistance. What are you seeking that is a reasonable resolution? We are your booking agent, not the carrier. We are attempting to assist in resolving your concerns within reason. Please advise.
