I had a positive experience with America First Moving. The team was skilled, organized, and took great care of my belongings. However, I did notice a few minor scratches on some furniture pieces. While accidents can happen, I would suggest using additional protective wrapping for extra precaution. Nonetheless, their professionalism and dedication were commendable.

The team at America First Moving was good. They were prompt, professional, and treated my possessions as if they were their own. Moving can be stressful, but their efficiency and positive attitude turned it into a positive experience. Some furniture got scratches but the damage was not a big deal to be honest.

My moving advisor was very knowledgeable. Also he was so patient on my questions and followed up with me to make sure that everything was clear to me. He said 2-10 business days for delivery and they did meet that timeline. Just a little detail, some of my glassware items got broken so I called customer service where they got the insurance to pay for the broken items. All in all, they kept their promise and did everything on schedule. Nice move.
