List of grievances with AmeriSafe are as follows 1. When we signed on with Robert, he promised us that packing services were included and that it did not matter if we had one couch or two. He also made the inventory list different from what I had told him to make the estimate cheaper so that I would sign on. He told us we could cancel for full deposit return up until 72 hours of our move when in reality it was 72 hours from signing the bill of lading. He also told us we would get our stuff within 7 days which everyone else we talked to told us it could take two weeks. He then started ghosting us when we tried to get ahold of him.2.
