I recently moved a distance of some 700 miles with Best Cross Country Movers. It was not a pleasant experience and I would not recommend it to others. It is entirely possible that my negative experience was uncommon, but since I can only write about my own experiences, that is what I am doing here. I found the customer service agents at BCCM to be polite and well-meaning. However, I did not find them to be very reliable. More importantly, I did not feel like BCCM had a system in place for keeping themselves or their contractors accountable to the customer in the event that something went wrong.
