They made our move so easy and stress-free, thank you Midland van lines ! The team was also punctual, arriving on-time and worked very quickly to pack up all the stuff. Everything was moved carefully and nothing came breakable They demonstrated their excellent attention to detail and customer service experience from start of the process. We chose Midland van lines and I am so happy that we did, Absolutely recommend them!
Midland van lines was so much easier for us. The team showed up right on time, worked very quickly, and with great care for all our stuff. Everything was perfect and it all arrived in a stress-free manner. I would highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for the best mover.
Moving is always difficult, or so I thought before Midland van lines . They showed up on time, as promised and were in every way professional: careful with our stuff, minimizing the number of carts they used, etc. He worked really fast and well, the moving was done by his movers in a manner that no other packing company had to do. The whole process was easy and stress free, I could not have asked for better service. I have nothing but praise for everyone at Midland van lines and would highly recommend them to others in need of quality movers.
Very happy with my moving experience using Midland van lines . The team was super professional and organized not a single item of mine got broken or scratched. They went to great strides making sure everything was packed in a manner that prevented it arriving with so much as even the slightest scuff. AVOID MIDLAND VAN LINES AT ALL COSTS!!!! We have an attorney, contacted the Attorney General’s Office, and filed a complaint with FMCSA/BBB. A $16,500 move became a $34,500 move with wire transfers, Zelle/Venmo payments to Russian bank accounts. Derek from Midland offered a contract for $16,500 (partial pack move). Midland Van Lines is not your mover. They broker vendors to negate ownership of their failures. Two days before our move, Midland requests full assessment of our items to assure the right size truck. Midland Van Lines is the worst company to work with. We were told by James that Midland was family & veteran owned. James had also given an guaranteed delivery date of August 5th to my family. All my lifelong belongings and everything important to us had not shown up. I called Midland several times, and never had anyone pick up the phone. Dominique had finally answered but she was very rude and seemed agitated, she didn't listen to anything we had to say and numerously cut us off and told us our guaranteed delivery date was a typo and regardless of it being a signed contract, that she can't help us and went to hang up the phone. I would give a negative number for them, but cannot. Do not believe the positive reviews - likely self posted. Midland Van Lines are unresponsive; treat the customer like shit and care nothing about them; are slower than molasses in January in Alaska; over-charge; NOT professional; fail and refuse to communicate; nothing done right; unreliable; only follow their schedule, not the customer's; non-efficient; etc. They continually lied by saying that they will be with me throughout the process. No video viewing for the bid only a telephone call. Then, gave a bid of over $12,000 to move from Minneapolis to Nashville. Then, lowered until lower than others. They ultimately blackmailed me... The bid process was odd as they did not do the video viewing which was what i should have taken to be my first red flag. The dispatch was rude and did not treat me very nicely for someone who is a steward of moving my stuff. They are slow moving and don't coordinate well. Would recommend using Atlas as they are wonderful and i will be going back to them,
Midland Van Lines' crew was seriously impressive! They handled my move like pros, smooth as butter. Sure, there was a tiny hiccup, but their insurance sorted it out hassle-free. I'm definitely sticking with these guys for my next move!
