After talking to their sales person I felt that our belongings were in good hands. The pickup was on time and so was the delivery. Our items weren't damaged and the movers helped us put all the boxes in the rooms we wanted. They were very careful and respectful with our items. We will definitely use Moving Apt again for all our future long distance moves.
Moving APT helped us move a 3 bedroom house. I had not used them before but they came highly recommended and, in my experience, lived up to that reputation and more. Firstly, they were punctual at every point. Secondly, the movers did not waste time. Thirdly, they were careful with everything that they handled. The result was a smooth, fast move with nothing broken or missing. I am very happy with this company and would use them again.
Moving Apt removed my anxiety from the moment the estimator came to my old home. They delivered each and every item. My all belongings were intact with no damage at all. They valued every penny. The office manager called me to confirm if I was ready. Their staff made my moving flawless. My cousin is going to appoint them after I shared my wonderful experience. I hope this time also they will prove their efficiency as they were accustomed to do.
From now on Moving apt is the company I will always be contacting in case of the household move. I moved for the first time ever to Kansas City and I had no idea which movers to hire. Luckily, my father in law was able to recommend Moving apt so I decided to look no further. According to other people’s experience, I was offered a very reasonable quote. I noticed that they were using quality packing supplies and knew how to handle my delicate items and valuables. There was no damage on delivery. They did everything as promised.. They are the best!
One of the worst companies I have EVER worked with!! Once you book with them and give them your deposit, it is almost impossible to get hold of them after that. They hired out another moving company to do out move, which turned out to be a scam company. We paid moving apt to have the movers repack a number of boxes and for a number of packing materials. This money apparently never went to the movers and then the movers that they hired out charged us another $650 for that. The movers did a terrible job at repacking- everything was literally thrown in boxes and so took up extra space (which we were charged extra for). On the day, the moving crew of Moving apt facilitated the move and everything went swimmingly. Their level of service is of the highest order and nothing was too much hassle. I can fully understand why so many people have provided 5 star reviews of this company. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Moving apt and would definitely use them again.
I hired Moving Apt after a recommendation I got from my best friend. I didn’t have any idea about them. I read all their reviews. I have to confess, they turned out to be just amazing. They took such great care of all my belongings. I had some expensive and antique furniture. These were quite important to me. That’s why I needed a very reliable, efficient and experienced moving company. The movers had all the qualities. They arrived on time. They packed everything carefully with their responsibility. They delivered my belongings at the right time. Truly it was an awesome move.
Moving was a breeze - two great employees helped move my things in almost exactly the estimated amount of time, very professional, kind and efficient. Huge value for the convenience and I felt very comfortable with my things in their hands. I used Moving Apt for my move to Dallas. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I spoke with their sales rep and he is a very nice person. Gave me a great deal and explained to me every single detail. When the movers arrived, they packed everything for me including boxes and did a great job. I received an email from their customer care department BEFORE the move letting me know all their contact information if something goes wrong. I didn't need it. I had a good experience with them and shall definitely recommend it to others looking for a good mover.
The salesman was nice and friendly and he went through all the business procedures, quotes, and service while talking to me on the phone. The crew was super nice, friendly, efficient and professional. The crew came on time and wrapped everything very quickly, though I did not have much stuff. I cannot describe how careful and cautious they were with my things. Nothing was damaged and nothing was left behind. I have some valuable paintings and I was really concerned about them not to get damaged or lost, but the guys did a great job. They worked hard and I appreciated that very much.
