I am extremely satisfied with the moving services provided by National Moving Services Inc. Their staff was professional, courteous, and showed great expertise in handling my move. They took the stress out of the process and delivered excellent results. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable moving company.
Leo was my contact. He gave me a 3 day delivery date which is why I chose National over other services. I talked to him twice and each time he told me my delivery date. Jackson movers came to move me. They told me they had no idea when my furniture would be delivered. National doesn't know where my furniture is. I could have packed for a longer wait if Leo had been upfront and said 2 to 3 weeks. Jackson great packers but only sent 2 to pack and load, took longer then expected.
Great crew - worked together and efficiently. Felt like we were all part of a project. They called to let me know they were 15 minutes away, arrived on time and took great care of ensuring things were moved safely. Appreciate greatly they had mattress bags available - they anticipated needs I didn't think of. Thank you very much.
They did a fantastic job. They helped us tremendously from our apartment to house. They were attentive, respectful, responsive, and overall wonderful people. Would recommend them specifically and this company to family and friends.
National moving services is a broker and they are not the real moving company. They subcontract with the real moving company. They are absolutely horrible. They don't care about customer experience or service. Once they make the sale and take your deposit, they have hidden fees which double or triple the cost of your move and blame it on labor costs of the subcontracted moving company. And they do not take accountability at all about these extra costs. They do not care about delivering excellent customer service. Great experience with these guys! They had an earlier time slot available and got everything I needed out efficiently. Their work were fantastic. They had more care for the objects than I did, and I appreciated their safety diligence. This is the second time I've used this company and I'll definitely be calling them again in the future.

First, I was recommended by a friend who was extremely pleased with his experience. So, I called and was able to book help for the very next day! There was no additional charge for weekend hours. They called back very quickly, the phone rep was delightful, helpful and great to work with. The next day they followed up EXACTLY as I had been told they would, and then arrived On Time. The guys were pleasant, polite, very knowledgeable and GREAT workers! They followed my instructions to a tee, and the job I thought would take them an hour was done in less than 30min! They informed me as soon as they started the clock, and stopped it as conscientiously.
