Honestly, these guys were the best movers I’ve ever used. Prompt, communicative, and hard working. What’s more, they did it all with a great attitude. I was hesitant to hire a mover because we usually do it our-self, and because I’ve heard of so many people getting burned by their moving companies. This company is the way to go! I will be recommending the company and our awesome crew to all of my local friends. Thanks again!!
This company provides responsive, sensitive, professional support from the first estimate through the detailed organization to the actual physical move to the follow up the next day. It’s clear that they are highly experienced: they anticipate and solve issues before they become problems and move efficiently and meticulously through their work. They are a 10/10 moving company.
They were really professional and nice ensured I was in the best situation possible for unpacking at my new location. The movers were also excellent at organizing the logistics of my move and honestly and transparently quoting me my estimate. Each and every one of the individuals with which I interacted were amazing and hard working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone moving.
I don’t think moving gets any easier when you have Nationwide Moving Services taking care of you. I hired them while I was relocating last month. They quoted low and seemed friendly on the phone. The movers arrived on time. They packed up everything carefully and took great care of my furniture while loading them. The boxes were properly wrapped with tape. I have rarely seen such efficiency before. The delivery was made on time and everything went very smoothly. I will definitely hire Nationwide Moving Services again.
On the day, the moving team called to let me know when they were 30 and then 5 minutes out, and showed up exactly on time. They took tremendous care in moving furniture and boxes, as if they were moving their own families. Not a single item was broken, and they were incredibly fast despite being paid by the hour. I can't sing their praises enough and will recommend them to everyone I know
They were responsive, quick to schedule and book, and communicative during the weeks leading up to the move. They arrived right on time, both for packing and moving. All of the gentlemen were friendly and professional.
They were extremely professional, did an outstanding job, and they were very pleasant and easy to work with. The three young men who actually did all the packing, moving and unpacking were excellent. They worked hard and efficiently and had a great, "can do" attitude. Pricing was very fair. We would recommend this company to anyone considering a move. They definitely deserve a five-star rating!
We had a terrible experience with Nationwide from middle to finish. Upon contacting them they were helpful, friendly and informative. Once they had our deposit, the experience was horrible. We paid for a 26’ box truck to direct ship our household goods. On moving day a pick up truck with a snowmobile trailer pulls up to our home. We call Annie in customer service, “apparently” a computer glitch. Day 2 a different company pulls up with a box truck, but they are putting items into storage and not direct shipping. Called Annie and says she will need to listen to our recording to the agent James. The rest is a run around of lies, rudeness and not returning calls. Moving company charged $3000... Read More
For our last move, the group of gentlemen that was sent by Nationwide Moving Services to pack up and move me was simply excellent. They took their time in making sure that everything was properly packed, loaded and unloaded the next day. Even though I moved to a 3rd floor apartment, they were amazing and very diligent to make sure that all was delivered and unharmed. They were very pleasant and professional and I definitely would use them again and wouldn't think twice to recommend them.
In the national news yesterday, it was reported that Founder of Nationwide is in prison for business fraud. Also note the fine print from this website, that it is paid advertising and receives compensation from the companies it advertises. Look closely at reviews below, the wording is similar and are bunched up on the same day. The team in Delray Beach is friendly on the front end of transaction. Once you made your deposit, it was a different story for us. They did not provide the services we paid for, used fly-by-night movers, and you have to pay movers with cash or postal orders. and charged $3000 more than Nationwide estimate.
