I had a very big job and they were fast, responsible, super professional and friendly. All of my furniture was wrapped and padded; and they carried everything up and down stairs as many times as we asked them. They truly made my moving experience a breeze. Book them!
Team was very professional and provided all the details I needed. I had someone from dispatch keeping me posted on when my stuff would arrive. The process was good and I have no complaints. My stuff arrived as I had packed it. The driver called me ahead of time to let me know of arrival times. Great service and professionalism. I would recommend this company.
They were super efficient, prompt, helpful, and pleasant. They kept us informed about time of arrival, showed up masked and ready to go, and got the move done without any issues. I will 100% use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for reasonably priced and excellent movers.
I contracted with Nationwide Moving Services ("A company with five star reviews") to move my belongings from Oregon to Idaho. They then subcontracted Northwest Relocation without informing me. When NW Relocation delivered my property, I was horrified to see parts of my bedroom set strapped to the OUTSIDE of the truck and obviously destroyed. The movers carelessly and irreparably damaged my hardwood cherry estate bed and other family heirlooms. They crushed boxes marked fragile, and literally threw them off of the truck onto the ground with a complete disregard for the items contained within. Very polite and great movers, but my moving quote went from 5300 to 8425...this is outrageous and never given a military rating...
They were easy to schedule, good customer service day off were careful with my furniture, efficient with time, and did the best they could with mats/rolled out the carpet to avoid too much stepping in my new place with their shoes on. They didn't break or damage anything while loading and unloading both times. They really did an excellent job. I highly recommend Nationwide Moving Services!
Never EVER use this company. It has been a disaster from the beginning. 3700 quote became 14000.
Also 5 hours late on pick up. 6 hours late on delivery. I can not begin to explain how much I hate this company. I am going to sue the hell out of them. Talked to multiple people. No response. They are schisters. Once the have your stuff you are screwed. Pay the exorbitant price or you can’t get your stuff back.
They were not only professional, efficient, and thorough, but they were also polite, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy their work. Our manager was pleased with their adhering to the rules and directions they were given. The movers treated our belongings with extreme care. They exhibited great patience in dealing with the elevator, the long trek to their van, and traffic within the complex. We would not hesitate to hire them again. We highly recommend them!
Precious movers! Their prices are comparable to competitors, and they were super responsive to more detailed questions I had leading up to confirming our appointment. The movers called 15 minutes prior to arrival, arrived a few minutes before the appointment window started (which was wonderful), walked me through the process and then got right to work. Overall, Excellent movers.!
We were VERY pleased with both teams. The packing team was very professional. The next day the moving team came and we're just as professional. They were on time on the day requested. Thank you
