They packed and moved everything from an upstairs apartment to another upstairs apartment, making it a very long day, and it even started to rain when we got to the new place. Despite that they were still very professional during the whole thing. It made the stress of a move much easier. Great experience over all!
I called Nationwide & other movers for a quote, of course time was an issue, because my closing was in a few weeks from my inquiry. I was on the wire, to get a mover pretty quick, but being that I am a Senior, on a fixed income, I felt that the fear of God was put into me, I had to book immediately in order to get the date, the salesman reminded me of a car salesman...PUSHY! I was asked for a $2400 deposit, I explained that I was unable to do that at the moment, well then "give me what you can" then we can wait for the balance. The staff are very friendly and professional. It is obvious they care about their clients. They did an excellent job moving all our furniture and did not damage anything. They even reset your furniture the way it was without losing a single screw. From booking to finish ,it was a pleasant experience. They work hard and very proficiently. Highly recommended. Will use them again.
Nationwide Moving Services was extremely easy to use and we had responses from several moving companies very quickly. The entire process was very efficient.
Absolutely terrible movers. First of all, they are not the movers, they are broker. They'll low ball the quote to get the business then as moving day comes you'll see their real color. Their mover will overcharge as much 2x of original amount. Customer service will be absolutely worthless at that point as they are never available and when you can get them, they are really rude. They'll never refund any damages and send you through so much hoops that you don't want to eventually deal with them.
In short, just avoid them at all cost.
My family was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism that Nationwide Moving Services provided. From our first encounter to the last moment of the move, they made the process as easy as possible for us. They were wonderful all day. We had a long day of moving with a load-in and load-out all in the same day and they were positive throughout the experience. Moving can be stressful but they worked with us to complete the move and have us settled in our new home.
From start to finish it all went smoothly. Starting with the first phone call communication was clear, timely and professional. On moving day, the guys were great. On time, professional, hard working. With this move, everything that could go right, did. I will definitely use them again.
As a person who has moved many times, this moving company and the employees who facilitated our move out and storage were by far the best in the business. They were hard working and professional. They also were personable and funny. What a pleasure to work with them. I would recommend Nationwide Moving Services to anyone looking for a seamless moving process.
We used Nationwide Moving Services for our move this week. I can see categorically that our service was exceptional. Starting with our salesman and our moving men. We received the most professional management we’ve experienced. Additionally the customer service representatives were informative and professional as well. I have moved many times in our life and this was by far the easiest most professional and trouble free move. I recommend Nationwide Moving Services highly as I’m sure that they provide this service to all their clients. If there is a higher rating than five stars we would give it.
SCAM!!! Avoid this company at all cost. This was the absolute worst company I have ever used. I'll start with the worst.. I paid IN FULL at pickup because I didn't want to fuss with it while trying to unpack. They ran my card, everything went fine, and I saw the charge go through the next day. They said they would call me in 3 days to set up delivery. 5 days later I had to call them and try to find out when my stuff would be there. They originally said it would take a MONTH. A few days later, someone did call back and they were able to get it to me within 2 weeks.
