If I could give it zero stars I would... Their system cripples every other part of Microsoft's integrations. Kiss being able to use Azure goodbye. And good luck getting a refund even if you're a week over the 30 days.

They update the email every so often and completely mess up your rhythm of organizing. Not to mention it gets worse every time. I can't even search activities in my calendar anymore.

Backend coder doing O365 support 4 wife's company. Chose GoDaddy assuming better support. 2 years in not true. GoDaddy has screwed up adding accounts multiple times. GD routinely gives wrong answers to issues. Support is not very knowlegeable and may get irritable if u disagree. U r training them. They NEVER let u talk to 2nd line support. U have to sit there while 1st line put u on hold and talk to them. 2nd line support often been wrong too. Standard answer, will be fixed in couple days. Same as old MS reboot refrain. No way to file ticket or continue with problem. Every call from scratch. Their encryption product, ProofPoint, has issues. We r in the process of dropping it. Doesn't... Read More

Me and my coworker did not like the Office 365 vs. the old version. There's too much white space where your eyes can't scan quick or visually focus on something specifically at a glance like the older version. The older version is more condensed, easy to read, easier navigation and access, can expand the inbox view any way you want, has easier access to the tabs to go to contacts, settings, etc and stay within your page without opening new window. It just functioned much better. It's simply more readable, and more user friendly.

Our business email through go daddy is very unreliable, it often won't arrive until the next day to people I send to. It makes us look very unprofessional so even though we are paying for it, I had to switch back to our old email. Go daddy's solution , when I called, was to sell us a more expensive email. Needless to say we won't be renewing it.

I would NOT suggest you use either company. I purchased my domain through Microsoft and had Godaddy host my website. I tried to renew my domain after a year through Microsoft and it took over a MONTH for them to resolve my issue. I kept having to call both companies and after a while just had to make them three way each other on the phone so they could argue who's fault it was that my website wasn't working. If you have run a business, that's a looong time for your business' website not to work. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Both of them. It was so bad that even the customer service teams acknowledged that they did a horrible job. Even though they admitted it, they... Read More

I am so disappointed in the product and service that you sold me. The email migration did not go smoothly at all. No one in my entire company is happy with this change as well as me. I would much rather have all my emails take a little longer to reach me on the imap email than to loose my contacts and email history like the exchange you set up for us. My secretary is missing a recent year of her sent files. No one’s Outlook is working correctly. Not a single contact will self populate when you start typing the email or the customers names. I think it’s sad that this is the best email service that your company has to offer and if it is possible, I want to go back to the imap email.

There is ZERO integration between what Godaddy calls their portal and the junk that M$ provides. A nightmare to set up and manage users - and don't even think about the backup/restore "functionality". It feels like a bunch of third graders set together for an hour and started programming. Utterly useless!!

The Godaddy Office 365 product does not have all the same features compared to buying direct from Microsoft for pretty much if not the same price. Don't be fooled by Godaddy sales people like I was. One feature for example is getting a daily Agenda Email summarizing your calendar events for the day. Godaddy NO, Microsoft YES. I imagine Godaddy does not pay for all the 365 features hoping you won't notice so they get it for a few bucks less to make some money. Just buy from Microsoft ... I feel silly for not realizing this.
