Hitch Fit offers various types of unique workout programs which include Post Pregnancy Weight Loss, Couples Weight Loss, Competition Prep, and Bridal Boot Camp. It is recommended that clients perform 8 to 12 hours of weekly exercise for weight and cargo workouts and 6 to 10 hours for muscle building. People who are planning to lose no more than 40 pounds can purchase Hitch Fit’s 12-week weight loss program. However, those with more than 40 pounds to lose should try their 16-week weight loss program.

Hitch Fit ‘s workout programs do not come with one-on-one training. In case in-person training is preferred, this is available for 60 per session. Online personal trainings can be done at home or at the gym with weekly email guides from Diana and Micah. Workout programs come with full meal plans. Nutrition plans are based on a client’s initial health status and overall fitness goals.
