MySurvey is one of the most well-established online survey websites in the industry. Originally they collected data via snailmail, but since 2001, they began posting their polls on the web.

MySurvey gives members access to 2-3 polls and surveys per week, making it easier to accumulate points which can be used to either entered into sweepstakes, or towards prizes such as Amazon gift cards, VISA prepaid cards, restaurant gift cards, and electroinc, homecare, or personal items. Points that can be used for cash are generated via referrals, which generally pay $1.50 per person. Cashouts can be accessed after members have earned $10, and generally take 4-6 weeks, which is fairly standard.
Apart from their survey activities covering health, sport, travel, and other elements of daily life, MySurvey also occasionally sends out diaries to measure behavior or consumption for a set amount of time, such as weekly beer drinking habits, for instance. Other times, members receive products by mail for testing.
