Very frustrating working with this company. Everything is automated and it is impossible to speak with a real person. Can't even contact my local business. Too much trouble doing business with them. I have left messages with this company four separate times, and they still have not not returned my calls. Will never use them again. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Sure miss A-Active now that Ehrlich owns the service in Chesapeake, VA. Schedulers out of PA never ask when you'd like your service, and then tell you to call the local mgr to get a good date, and to narrow the window diwn from the company-provided 0800-5:00 PM. Cancelled outside service years ago due to the local co. cancelling, moving appts, or not showing up at all. Retained termite bond, but the July inspection is now sometime in the Fall. Priority, other locally run companies have to better.

They are terrible don’t use their service they just charge you and can’t tell you what for. When I called for a quote they quoted me 230.00 and yet they charged 375.09. Have been trying to get someone to call me back to discuss since 6:5

I signed up AND PAID for their termite control since my prior company (APM) went out of business. An inspector came and said he could not install new bait stations. Nor could he use old ones. He said someone would contact me, but no one ever did. FOUR TIMES, I called after this, and each time, I was told that a manager would call me back within 24 hours. NO ONE EVER DID! This is terrible customer service. I cancelled my contract with them and went to another company. AVOID EHRLICH, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FORMER APM CUSTOMER! tHEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

This company is beyond a scam. I am truly disgusted; the county or state should shut this company down. They illegally came onto my property and sprayed toxic chemicals WEEKS after I called them because they bought a reputable pest company called Conner Pest Control that I had used in the past. I had initially called regarding setting some mouse traps in my attic; I do not allow and never have let anyone spray my property with toxic chemicals. A technician could not come when I was able to get off work so I cancelled the appointment. J.C. Ehrlich sucks. Run as fast as you can away from J.C. Ehrlich. We have had nothing but trouble with them. They promise all sorts of things on the phone and almost never follow up. Here is a short list of the problems I have had with them: 1. I have had three appointments set and nobody shows. 2. Twice a manager was suppose to call me back based on my frustrations dealing with them and neither time did they call. 3. They fought me on the scope of the agreement and refused to honor what we understood the scope to be - only for us to dig up an email from their employee clearly spelling out the scope. 4. We called Ehrlich to our home in May 2019 to get an estimate to treat for carpenter bees. The service rep told us he couldn't help because the bees were in the wood near the roof (2 story home) and his local company manager had recently told them they weren't allowed to carry ladders on their trucks (he didn't have one with him that day) and weren't allowed to use them on the job. We thanked him for his time and he left. A month later, in June, we received a bill for $219.35 for the treatment that wasn't done. We called and had them remove the charges. At least in my area, I single handedly and unwittingly "inspired" them to change their policy regarding tenant presence during dog inspections. I was present one day when the handler told me the dog was smelling Dead Ones, adn confided that the dog reacts differently to live bugs. There was no LIVING evidence indicating a need to spray ANY poisonous chemicals AND I POINTED THAT OUT. They sprayed anyway, then amended their policy so the tenant could'nt be present to see the results...(First Hmmm) Months later Ehrlich then came unnanounced for a supposed "routine" bedbug inspection, without a bedbug sniffing dog. I am happy with my pest control with Ehrlich. The billing department is very unprofessional. I had charges taken out of my account without my consent. After 6 weeks, still waiting for a refund. I was told it will be another 7 to 14 days. but they continue to take out my monthly payment. They will not let me speak with the district manager about my situation. I have spent too many hours fighting this.

Rude and arrogant, treated me with no respect, hired them to get ride of bedbugs and failed to get rid of the bedbugs, had me pack all my belongings in totes that could only be filled half full and before putting things in totes I had to wipe all me belongings before putting them in totes. It's as if they water down there chemicals so they can keep coming back. They're all about the money. THEY JUST PLAIN SUCK, DON'T CHOOSE THIS COMPANY unless you want to pay $1000's of dollars.
