Non-responsive to messages left asking them to contact us. Billing not proper. Care little attitude when told that pe4rhaps it was time to cancel. No apology or attempt to keep our account. DO NOT USE.

Come to house I was buying for VA Termite inspection. After inspection they sent their findings saying that there was termite damage and needed treating. They wanted 1200 upfront and $725 a year to treat. I called Terminix who came out and inspected the house and found no evidence of termite problem or infection.We would have had to pay the $1200 to get our loan approved if there had been termite evidence or infection which there was not. All Terminix at least they are honest and they show up and they answer their phone.

Had them come out right before we moved in. The house has been empty for a couple years so lots of spiders. 2 weeks later I am still seeing spiders daily. Also outside of house is inundated with spiders/webs. Open the door and a huge spider web in the door frame. Call Orkin and tell them to come back. No response. 2 days later call again and tell them to come back. No response. Time to cancel service.

Horrible customer service ! Paid for a years worth of termite control, moved 2 months later, asked for refund of balance of term got nowhere, won't even discuss it. Find someone else

Very very sad of using this "company", with such big name, there are infinity of numbers to call, non reliable any of them. Kind people, no help but promises and promises and lot of BS. I think our money it's gone !!!!

I'm very disappointed in this company, I have been a customer for 5 yrs or more, I called about sugar ants , we had them come assess the issue and hired them for routine mantnace. Since they started till now I've had more issues and more ants .as many yrs they've been exterminating my home inside and out my problems have only got worse. My house should never have a bug near it .lol. I'm fed up so now I'll seek another company to fix this issue!!!! The only thing that I liked was my exterminater,rico. Very nice and well manored.

Your service is terrible. After over a thousand dollars and 60 mice Orkin refuses to return our call for help finding out where the lastest batch are getting in.

They have horrible customer service and caused thousands in damage to my concrete . I requested to have another technician come out and look at the work that I paid for and they disregarded my request. I will never recommend Orkin.

Contacted Orkin about a hornet's nest, gave them information that it was 18 to 20 feet above our driveway on an outer tree limb. Were quoted a price and given arrival time for technician next day. The technician who came had no idea how to handle the hornet removal; took pictures of it and kept calling supervisor. He talked about pulling the nest down out of the tree and coming back the next day to treat it. However, he had no equipment with him to reach the nest, and said we would need to stay in our house until he came back to treat the nest. His supervisor then called him, saying that wasn't the way to handle the problem. The technician told us he would come the next day as his first... Read More

The tech did a horrible job. He lied to me and his manager. Cleared out the area so he could get under the house. He told me he did and the salesman he couldn't get under the house. Tech did very little. He didn't move the chairs so there is saw dust on my patio chairs now. The holes that were drilled into my house to keep carpenter ants out. It didn't matter that in some spots they lined up the holes were an inch different. It looks bad but they say that's the way they do it. DON'T EVER USE THEM. $300 and not much to show for the work I paid for. Sad....Excuses for everything done and not done....
