Claim #2086926 I have called Alpine Windows every week for nearly 2 months and no resolution. Their customer service people are rude and not helpful. Keeps telling me that it's out of their hands if their contractor hasn't called me yet. Lifetime warranty seems useless if you can't get someone out to repair it.

I replaced all my windows in my addition 1999 . Lots of the thermal glass is failing with pieces of plasied in the middle and rust. The glass has a dull film between the pannels.

I have been trying to get a replacement window from Alpine for 6 months. They have the worst dealer network and customer service I have ever seen! Buy Milgard!!

Alpine Windows are, without doubt, the worst product possible. There is no reason to make a purchase of this product - even for a dog house. We are on our second round of replacements in ten years, with massive seal failure on fixed, slider, and double hung window. Three sliding glass doors leak air and the hardware is constantly breaking. Dirt passes right through the doors and sliders with any level of wind. Calls for warranty are followed-up with major hoops to jump through in an effort to discourage the eventuality of actual warranty fulfillment. AGAIN, EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND ITS PEOPLE IS LOW GRADE.

The windows in my dbl wide are falling apart. I called for replacement parts in November 2017. Still waiting for them to contact me on replacement parts. Contacted them again in June. Still waiting for them to contact me. I guess I will be looking for a real company to replace these windows.

This is a continuation from my original post dated 10/30/17. Filed a 4th claim for an additional 6 replacement windows on 11/1/11. Today they were finally replaced. Of the 33 panes of window glass in our home, 18 have been replaced. Horrible product and worse customer service.

20 years in building material supply and almost 20 years as a custom home builder has given me quite a bit of experience with windows. Last year I tried Alpine windows on a custom home. I found the windows to be of poor quality and Alpine Windows customer service and repair to be extremely poor to nonexistent. Several windows developed stress cracks, but the worst was the patio slider having about 1/2" open gaps at both the top and bottom meeting rail leaving the house open to the elements as well as rodents. Alpine Windows first response was that the gaps were supposed to be there. A ludicrous response. They have been supposed to send a replacement part to the local supplier to fix the... Read More

After 2 years, their window started to leak. The company refused to get back to me. Avoid them!

Spend a little more and get a better window. The Alpine Windows installed in our home 14 years ago are of poor quality and have caused our utility bills to be higher than necessary not to mention their horrible appearance. The seals failed within a few years. We attempted the first time we noticed the leaks to get Alpine to replace their defective windows. They do not allow the lumber yard to simply get new windows and send out an installer as you would expect. Instead they try to keep costs down on their defective Alpine Windows by making the process so convoluted most people simply give up and replace their defective Alpine Windows at their own cost. I am still waiting for my... Read More
