I purchased 16 new Sunrise windows for my home about three years ago and I've had no problems with them at all. They came in to the dealer about three weeks earler than expected. The house (two floors) temperature now feel more even than before. Have had no problems with air or water leaks. In the winter the inside of the frame is warm to the touch which tells me the outside cold is no penetrating through. I bought ones with most of the UV and other coatings and the insulation filled frame. They are on the mid to mid-high side price wise, but no where near some of the price quotes I got from the big "name" brands but they have a great warranty on them. Been happy with them so far.

This company is a joke. It took 2 years to complete a 15-window project. Would you like to have broken windows / windows that don't lock for 2 years? Their quality control isn't bad, it's non-existent. They send out frames with windows that are broken, mis-sized, covered in factory goo, etc. The situation was so bad that the licensed local rep is planning on dropping them as a supplier. Their company reps, including the CEO, are uncaring, unresponsive, horrible people. Oh, and the tilt-in windows (which are that are the only reason I went with Sunrise) do not seal out cold or noise. Live in south central Texas. Purchased 12 windows Nov. 2020, dual pane, argon gas, lo-e glass (V-class window). 10 on the south side 2 on the east side. The glass made by Cardinal Glass is made of inferior quality. Sunrise buys the glass from Cardinal Glass then builds the vinyl frame around the glass. The windows allow way to much heat to transfer to the inside with direct sunlight on the windows. Talked to the people who sold me the windows, they came out checked the windows and everything was within specs (U-factor, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient etc.). I purchased all new windows for my home. The dealer I used was Williams Siding and Windows. I made a horrible and costly mistake. Mr. Williams comes up with excuse after excuse. If I question him further he just wants to refer me to Sunrise sales rep. He bragged about his service and how he stands by his work. That has not been my experience with him. One of the main reasons I replaced my windows is they were hard to raise & lower. He assured me these would be much easier. Some of them are, but not all of them. My service/warranty work to repair one of my 21 windows is to be done by Mountain Exteriors located in East Tennessee. Many telephone calls and emails resulted in an appointment to repair my window and replace 8 screens. On the appointment date no one showed up. Telephone calls went to voicemail and have not been returned. Emails to the manufacturer have not been answered as of yet. Windows seem to be good but service is horrible. I can’t advise using this company’s windows due to service.

Just had Sunrise Vantage double-hung windows installed in our home after extensive research. This company has the best warranty in the business (lifetime, non-prorated, transferable), windows are highly efficient (check their website for details), have great appearance (narrow frames allow for more glass and therefore more light, and lots of color options. We were able to match exterior (sandstone) and interior colors (Colonial cherry) exactly. Our installer, Ryan at Architectural Glass here in upstate South Carolina, did a great job. We purchased 17 custom made Sunrise windows for our home . They have far acceded our expectations!! I don't understand why some of these people are having issues. They must have had incompetent installers. We hired the Window and Siding Warehouse in Rose City Michigan install all of our windows and 2 doors. I must say the windows are well worth the money. They look very nice and have saved us a ton of money on our energy bills since 2015. We just recently had them install 4 more of the same windows in our back porch and could not be more satisfied! Great windows, fantastic installation.

Terrible windows letting bugs inside my home even when the windows are CLOSED!!! Sunrise Restoration casement windows installed on my home have NO weather stripping in the corners of the sashes & the weather stripping is torn on the corners of the frames! The rep came out & said they removed the weatherstripping on the sashes b/c customers were having trouble closing the windows & that the stripping on the frames get clipped during manufacturing! These windows can't be repaired w/o causing problems & new replacements by Sunrise I was told may have same or worse problems! I can not tell you about the installer that you pick I can tell you if they use Sunrise and the windows give you a PROBLEM Sunrise will be there for you I believe our windows were installed 10 -12 yrs. ago strong warranty

my sunrise windows leak at the seals and allow cold air in creating frost build up on the interior of my walls and widow sills, not just one window either i have 12 windows in my home and they all leak
