The Tax Team allows customers two payment options. They can elect to file their taxes and defer payment. This means the fee will be deducted directly from the customer's refund. Clients can also pay up front if they wish. Refunds can be disbursed via direct deposit or check.

The Tax Team allows customers to begin their process online. This seems to not be traditional e-filing as such, but rather filling out information beforehand and submitting to the Tax Team in order to be contacted by the organization. To get started clients must first submit the following information:

Customers who wish to file their taxes in person can visit one of The Tax Team's two physical offices. Both are located in Miami, Florida. Appointments can be scheduled online.

Customers can also choose to download tax forms and fill them out in the comfort of their own homes before dropping them off or emailing them to The Tax Team. Forms can be downloaded here.
