Cox TV Providers Review
Cox is a great choice for customers on a budget who don't necessarily want hundreds of channels to choose from. Their basic plan starts at $29.99 month (although the typical fees added by TV providers will be added on to your bill) and includes 75 channels. While local, public television and the largest news networks are included in the starter package, customers looking for premium movie and sports channels, for example, will have to opt for their higher priced plan, Cox Contour. The company does not offer the option of adding individual channels to their basic plan.
Cox Contour offers nearly twice the number of channels as the company's starter plan and provides the option of adding premium channels to suit your interests. In addition to cable television, the company also provides internet, home security, and smart home integration services and promotes a wide range of service bundles on its website.

Among the products Cox offers is Cox Complete Care, an upgraded tech support package available for $10/month, which covers their $75 service call fee should you need on-site support. Cox Complete Care also includes remote "genius" support, including sofware intallation, malware removal, and other services people who aren't technically-inclined might appreciate. They also offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the services you select.

Although Cox serves more than 6,000,000 customers and is the largest private cable TV provider in the US, service is available in only 19 states. Check the Cox website to be sure your state falls within their coverage area.
