This web based platform is very well designed and easy to use and configure, even for non-IT folks. The feature set is markedly better than most of its competitors. The product is good. The problem is that the cost ends up being double what's advertised. They have been overcharging our account by $80/mo for features that we never enabled or subscribed to. This has been going on for 6 months and they swear each month it will be taken care of and our account credited. Sometimes the credit shows up for that month, but lo and behold the unauthorized charge is still there the following month! It nearly doubles the cost of service vs. the basic subscription cost.
