Nocking Point Wine Club Review

Nocking Point's wine club does not offer the customizability that other clubs feature, but its wide assortment of artisanal wines and competitive prices more than make up for it. The coffee and merchandise that come with the wine further enhance the experience as a whole. Additionally, the company's free shipping to all 35 states it delivers helps keep the price of its boxes low. Each shipment of wine ends up being a great deal, overall. Because of this, we can fully recommend Nocking Point to consumers who are looking for a US-based wine club and don't mind lacking a say in what wines they are getting.

Actually love the wines but as others have said there is a lot of issues with customer service. The place that has the most reviews is the BBB website where many, many people including myself had had to file complaints to to get their accounts closed because their customer service doesn’t respond to cancellation requests. The businesses most coming response is they have no emails from said complainer. I included screenshots of emails I sent they included screenshots of my email searched in database with “no results” it seems like if it a a legit issue they aren’t receiving the emails they should switch to a different platform to allow cancellations. I initially was only going to cancel my... Read More

Seems like a scam to me! I got wrapped up in dealing with Nocking Point like most did, from their smart marketing of their Quarantine Wine. Loved the premise and the wine was fine. Unfortunately, their customer service does not match their marketing. I have been trying to cancel my membership since December (have sent 2 emails and tried calling non-answered numbers numerous times)and have received no response. As anyone can see from reading their reviews, this is definitely their business strategy. They make it fairly easy to sign up for memberships online and then send constant emails to buy/do more but then make it impossible to cancel your membership. Cannot talk to anyone (no... Read More

Please do not order from this company. I saw the interview with Ashton Kutcher about the quarantine wine and the proceeds going to first responders so I placed an order mid May. My credit card was charged and it is now July 10, 2020 and I still do not have my order. I have sent emails with nothing more than a generic response. I have called the telephone number on the website, but no one answers and there is no way to leave a message. Beyond frustrating. I have seen posts from other people having the same problem. I hope someone reached out to Ashton Kutcher to let him know what is going on.
