Shipping

All Vinebox boxes ship for free via FedEx. An adult (21+) signature is required for delivery, which is why Vinebox recommends shipping to a work address so someone is always there to sign for the package. If an adult signature isn't obtained by the delivery person, the package is taken to the nearest FedEx location, where the customer can pick it up. If the delivery is missed entirely and the box is returned to Vinebox, customers can request to have it sent back for a $10 reshipping fee. Otherwise, they can request to have the cost of the box refunded, minus a $10 restocking fee.

Vinebox doesn't ship to the following states and territories: AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, KY, MS, ND, NH, OK, PR, RI, SD, UT, and VT. It can't deliver to PO Box addresses.

Vinebox Wine Club Review

Vinebox is the perfect subscription box for wine lovers who want to discover new obsessions. Vinebox curates a selection of wines from all over the world that can't be found at typical wine shops, much less at local grocery stores. Subscribers can select their preference for red wines, white wines, or both, but surprises may be included in each quarterly box. The goal is to get customers to try new things and fall in love with unexpected wines.

Each box includes 9 wines in single-serving bottles. The wine is transferred from the full-sized bottles into these smaller, recyclable bottles in an oxygen-free environment, ensuring the wine is delivered at full quality. Customers who like a particular sample can log into their Vinebox account and purchase a full bottle. A guide to the wines is included in every box so customers can learn more.

Two subscription options are available, annual or quarterly, plus there is the option to purchase individual boxes if customers don't want to commit to a subscription. However, subscriptions can be canceled or put on hold at any time. Couples can choose to purchase a double subscription at a 10% discount, which ensures there is enough wine for two.

Each annual subscription includes $30 in credits every quarter for purchasing full-sized wines, while quarterly subscriptions include $15 in credits. Credits expire at the end of the quarter.

For the 2018 Holiday season, Vinebox is selling a limited edition box called Twelve Nights of Wine, which is an advent calendar of sorts. For $129, customers can receive 12 glasses of wine from across the globe that are perfect for the holidays.

Vinebox is equally excellent for unofficial sommeliers who know what they want and for budding wine fans who are only just finding out what they love. The fact that each box only includes single servings means customers can try over 30 varieties at a fraction of the cost.
