I received 2 Levalor faux wood blinds, and one of the middle brackets needed for installation for one of them, was totally bent out of shape and not usable. I called Levalor right away (thinking they had made them, they could send me a new one), they said I had to call Blinds.com. I then called Blinds.com and they had to request one from the manufacturer, and the whole process would be 7-10 business days. I requested expedited shipping and she said she could not guarantee it, although she would ask for it. I find this third party customer service too slow in solving a very simple problem. I ordered plantation shutters for my entire home, two separate orders, in September. There is no update on the order status online says its in production. After numerous calls I was given a tracking number on one order the other I was told would be shipped out the following week. I have received my first order. I still have no information on the second order. Every time I call they have to call the supplier in Mexico and they never answer. I am told give them 24-48 hours to get back to them and they will email. This not happened. I received today a fedex package with the frame for 1 blind. **Fulfillment center must be a complete mess -> Do yourself a favor and go with a different company** I ordered 4 simple blinds. Wait 2 months. The first delivery was someone else's order completely. They promised to resend. Wait 2 more months. They send 3 of the blinds I ordered and another of someone else's order. It is difficult to get ahold of their Customer Service and their fulfillment center must be a complete mess. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

I order $2000 worth of blinds. One of the simplest roller shades broke at the first pull down. Blinds.com replaced. We received the replacement and on the first pull it broke. At this point I wanted a refund. They said no. They will troubleshoot which we already did but we were out of luck. They admitted that it was probably a manufacturing defect but it was not. They simply told us to pound sand. Most of the products were nice and we are completely satisfied but the customer service when something went wrong was less than satisfactory.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Their "timelines" should be called fantasy time as they are nowhere near correct. It takes over a month for a couple sets of blinds? They give you the line that the plant in Dallas is shit down and now producing blinds in China and are "being made now" and will have them to you in a week. Nothing from China comes faster than 2 weeks by regular mail. Do not waste your time. The price may be good, but if you need the blinds in less than a month go elsewhere. A complete waste of my time and should have a disclaimer on their website about month + wait times instead of continuing to lie to customers about having them in 2 weeks.

Blinds did not arrive any where near the estimated date provided by Blinds Blind was shipped Fed Ex and diverted to Walgreens for pick up Blinds used Covid as an excuse not to accept e mail nor to answer their phone unless you wait on hold or supply a call back number. Left call back number and call wasn't returned until 6 hours after first contact Does that mean I had to wait on hold for 6 hours? unacceptable Call customer assistance again--message said they were not accepting any mores for the day because of Covid. My experience with this company was stellar until the time of the install. We had someone come out and measure, we selected our blinds on the site, and the blinds arrived- all on time as promised! However, now we are experiencing horrible customer service. Our Blinds.com rep won't help us and the local installer keeps flaking out and will not respond. It is obvious this company makes their money on the order and not on the install, which is why we are left with no one assisting us.....Ouch. Such bad customer service. I ordered blinds on 5/27/20 with estimated July 1 shipping. It arrived in Cincinnati on July 5 according to the tracking number. It still shows that but they still haven't been delivered to me. I called last week and was told I would receive an email within 24 hours letting me know the status and nothing ever came until 7/21 in the form of a reorder of my blinds. With a reorder this will be 4 months from order placement which is outrageous. I would have expected to be contacted if the shipment was damaged and possibly given an option of a refund with cancellation. Making me wait an additional 2 months is crazy.

Took over 2 and 1/2 months to get, and yes I ordered during the pandemic but they sent me an e-mail say it would be 3 weeks. Size of blind is 3/4" to small length is OK, and color was fine. One set was missing the control rod. Never in my life did I think that they could even make aluminum blinds out of aluminum foil paper. Don't waste your time or your money, they charge you credit card BUT REFUSE TO EVER TELL you what is going on with your order, and put you on hold for over an hour.
