They offer free shipping on all 48 contiguous states on most orders and provide a satisfaction and a SureFit™ guarantee. With the SureFit™ guarantee, if the blinds do not fit, they will take them back, make new ones and ship them for free, even if it was due to a customer mistake in measuring. They also provide a 3-year warranty (see below for the fine print) on all their products.

Terrible experience with Blinds.com customer service. I was told when we paid for blinds installation that the blinds could be delivered to the installer's address which was a potential good back up for us. We decided to use the address of the home we are closing escrow on instead. Well, due to current lock down in place in California due to Coronavirus our closing date has now been delayed for at least 2 weeks. I called blinds.com to ask them to change the shipping address of our blinds delivery to the installer's address and I was told no that that was not allowed, even though I was told it was allowed when initially ordered the blinds. Our factory located in California is also currently unavailable and this will delay the time your order is shipped. Since blinds.com gets so many positive reviews, I can only assume that the rep (Ayesha) that was helping me was the problem here. From the beginning there was a communication disconnect and an issue with how my profile was set up. Multiple communications were delayed, and many questions were not answered unless I pressed. I clearly addressed my frustrations and was met with an email full of reasons why the issues were my fault, instead of resolutions. To note, I did have a large order with 21 windows, which I think was more than this rep was ready to take on. I gave the rep my budget, and she came in $2000 over. Wonderful experience! I find it hard to believe that some folks have not had a good experience. We ordered 8 blinds, different sizes for different rooms and every single one of them fit perfect and looked great! They are even better than the ones we had up. I have recommend BLinds.com to all my friends and family. I wish I could show you photos, you would be very impressed.

Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Wasted $150 on window treatments that did not fit, and when I reached out to customer service to remedy (THEIR) error, was told that I would have to spend 400 more dollars on window treatments that were on sale on the site for $350. Forever lost my business.

Blinds.com claims professional measure and install service available, it's extremely unreliable. 3rd party install service is not reachable. If you are looking for professional measure and install service , then it's better to avoid blinds.com.

Ordered mini-blinds for the living room, dining room and kitchen in a rental property. The fall sale made the price very attractive plus free shipping to boot. I measured for internal installation very carefully before submitting my order. The order came in a week earlier than expected, and the blinds were wrapped and shipped in strong packaging to avoid damage. The installation was a snap and we used the online instructions which were easy to understand. My husband installed all three in less than an hour. Plus the quality of the blinds were top quality. No problems whatsoever, and I would order from Blinds.com again should the need arise.

First, the plantation shutters I ordered are beautiful and came so carefully packaged. However, when we installed them, not only were there no directions in the packaging, but the online instructions were pretty darn skimpy. We had to guess at some of the steps. Then, once installed, the right hand side of each set would not close properly. On the larger, 7 x 4 foot window, I actually have to lift the right side about ¼ to ½ inch in order to "force it" over the window sill so it will shut properly. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. After spending thousands of dollars on blinds for my sunroom and house, the product was never delivered. I called many times and was told the blinds were at a freight company called Estes and "Blinds.com can't do anything to help... you have to call the freight company". We called the freight company many times and they never called back. When we finally did get ahold of them, they indicated that they didn't have our phone number or any way to contact us...?! Terri Wallace in is the best salesman that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and makes sure that you have exactly what you want. He helped me with all the windows in my house. I am thrilled with the results. I spoke to a wonderful manager named Collin and believe me, these guys put customer satisfaction at the top of their list. I highly recommend these guys and this company. You will not be disappointed. They have great promotions around the holidays and the prices are way better than I can elsewhere. I waited 3 weeks for an appointment just to get blinds measured. When the day came, I waited and no one ever showed up. No one ever called to apologize for wasting my time and not showing up. I am now waiting for a refund for the fee that I paid upfront for someone to show up.
