The whole team is easy to reach on a consistent basis. I am glad I purchased an extended car warranty from American Dream Auto Protect . They are a great and an affordable company. My cousin who I referred to American Dream needed to have her engine rebuilt, and they took care of that for her!
I purchased the warranty plan from American Dream Auto Protect right around the time I bought my F-150 from the local dealership which was a good thing. I had various small repairs over time and so far, 3 out of 4 of them have been covered and I fully understand why one of them was not. It has been a pleasure using the warranty & the great customer service team there as well.
I would recommend American Dream Auto Protect for anyone that is looking for a car warranty that is affordable and reliable. My brother and I both have plans through American Dream Auto Protect and we never had any issues with the service. The customer service agent Micheal was the best with answering all our questions and always being there for us whenever we call.
I purchased a warranty plan from American Dream Auto Protect about 7 months ago and it has paid for its self so far. It was the Platinum plan which Im happy I went with in the long run. My cars fuel system was having issues to the point the car was no longer able to run properly. I had it towed to the local mechanic shop I have been going to for years and they figured out the issue and gave me an estimate for labor & parts. I had them contact American Dream Auto Protect and explain all of this to them as well and American Dream Auto Protect approved me right on the spot and gave them a card over the phone without a single issue.The warranty saved me and I could not be happier with it.
This is really a A+ company. I have had other warranty companies in the past ,but American Dream Auto Protect is different they go out of there way to make sure you are satisfied with the warranty.
I have contacted three car warranty companies and then I contacted American Dream Auto Protect asking about their prices/plans they offer. I went with the Gold plan because for my current budget and needs it fit perfectly. American Dream Auto Protect did for sure have the best pricing model and service for what you’re getting (I thought so at aleast).
