Generally speaking, autopom!’s coverage options, as well as its exclusions, are in line with industry standards. The company's four coverage levels are Powertrain Plus, Mid-Level named component, High-Level named component, and Exclusionary (full coverage), all of which cover the industry's standard components accordingly. The Powertrain Plus options provide coverage for an essential list of components in the Engine, Transmission, Drive Axle, and Air Conditioning systems. They also include basic electrical items which vary by plan. The Mid-Level plans provide coverage within most of the major systems of your vehicle including the Engine, Transmission, Drive Axle, Steering, Braking, A/C, and Electrical systems. The High-Level plans are the second-best option and provide coverage for an extensive list of named components within all the major systems of your vehicle. The Exclusionary plans offer coverage for virtually all mechanical and electrical components in your vehicle, unless the part is specifically listed as not covered. This is the most comprehensive vehicle protection plan offered by the company and is the most comparable to a manufacturer’s warranty. One year of maintenance coverage is included with this plan. However, it should be noted that in order to qualify for coverage, eligible vehicles must be in good mechanical and electrical operating condition at the time of contract purchase, and must have a clean title and no modifications (some exceptions are allowed if disclosed and approved by the administrator). Light commercial use is allowed with a small surcharge but must be declared and approved by the administrator.

I love Autopom! I was skeptical about all those extended warranties out there, but this one is trust worthy and good service. And Mike the CEO is very nice, he contacts directly sometimes clients. I drive a 2009 mini cooper, and European pieces are very expensive. I feel so reassured knowing that Autopom was there all these 6 years (120 000kms) Thank you for your great service ^-^

When I brought in my Honda Accord for issues with my brakes, I presented my AutoPOM warranty to the repair shop. They said they would call and find out if my repairs were covered. Within less than an hour, the work was approved and I drove off that afternoon, fully covered. Excellent coverage and service!

I'd definitely recommend AutoPOM to anyone looking for good coverage and quick service. The water pump and thermostat on my Porsche Cayenne started failing (big puddle of coolant on my driveway), I took it in to get checked and within 3 days everything was fixed. No questions asked, and the repair shop handled everything directly with Mercury, the warranty provider. Worth every penny.

Horrible and very rude customer service from a Lisa Deneault I did not receive her email of her quote and she kept insisting that I had to have received it and was very snappy about it. I finally told her I do not program for yahoo and did not know what happened to her email. Then I found it in the spam directory. When I questioned the cost she got rude again. She said you car is 10 years old. I said no it is not. It is 8 years old. She said she didn't want me wasting her time. I said i could probably get the same price at the dealership.
