It took 2 weeks to re-order contacts for which i had a valid prescription on file. The website said 5-7 days I guess i'll have to look elsewhere or buy a month ahead. Horrible experience.

Had very good service from WM the past few years, but trying to place an online order today was sheer torture. Went back to 1-800 Contacts. Pricing about the same.

I have been waiting over a week for a reply. This is terrible customer service. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. You will not get anywhere with this company. I cancelled my order and will be shopping elsewhere.

I was unable to get simple questions answered by the online help personnel. I believe I sent three emails with unique questions and received a reply for one of those emails. I was trying to determine if WalMart would replace defective contacts like some other online contact website suppliers and I was told that it depended on the brand of contact, but then they would not tell me which brand would be replaced. I will be using a different contact supplier in the future.

Customer service via email is nonresponsive and slow/inefficient when follow-up phone calls are placed. The attitude of the CSR who helped me was TERRIBLE. She actually let out a long sigh when I told her I this was my first contact order through Walmart Contacts, because she would have to (gasp!) enter my name and address. She muted her end of the conversation for most of the phone call, leaving me wondering if the silence meant she had hung up. I'm still waiting to find out if the order was placed correctly, since it was a price match, which their site cheerfully advertises but doesn't have an efficient or easy way to do.
