The company does not establish a minimum credit score and state they work even with those who have damaged credit. Rescue One Financial also accepts all types of unsecured debt including credit cards, medical bills, unsecured loans, private student loans, personal lines of credit, collections, and repossessions. However, by law, the company cannot settle utility bills, lawsuits or secured debts such as mortgages or car loans. There are additional requirements for those seeking debt management, including being less than 60-days delinquent on payments and having a debt of at least $5,000 or $3,000 with interest rates exceeding 15%.

They use misleading tactics to bait and switch customers into a program unsuited for some and cause disastrous effects on one's credit rating. My interaction with them began in November of 2017 and my credit rating is still adversely affected by their actions.

Edgar Sanchez is the person that reached out to me by email. The send the info. to the wrong address because the young lady that took it got it wrong, even after I spelled it out for her. Edgar Sanchez called me at 9:00pm to tell me that he was still working on my loan, but that was not the case he was trying to find a company that would loan me the money. You see this is how it works, the are a consulting firm they shop your credit with several different companies and charge you a fee for doing so if you get a loan with them, and when they can't they try to get you to consider a consolidation plan which will DESTROY your credit. Rescue one financial really rescued me when I had a very tough time with my finances this year. They explained me the entire process and simplified a complex process. The consolidation loan I received helped me paying off my debts and I saved tons of money in interest. I just want to say a big thanks to the people at Rescue one for assisting me and getting me through a tough situation.

Rescue One is not a lender but a commissioned marketing company. They use the bait and switch tactic to lure consumers into signing up for what turns out to be a debt resolution plan, not a loan. They lured me in and ruined my credit and cost me 10's of thousands of dollars.
