WORST EXPERIENCE..my husband sent me flowers to my job.. First of all the lady looked Very unprofessional.. Then I was soo enthused about the gift..I completed overlooked the OLD 1985 Turtle candy box.. secondly the flowers were withered, dead, very unattractive flowers!! and then note on the card my second grader could've wrote that better.. Instead of them starting over with a new note once they made a mistake they just scratched through the mistake.. scribbled through it and still used that note.. and then They used a 1990 Valentine Balloon attached to the flowers!! Too bad there is not a ZERO star option. Over $100 spent of funeral flowers and THEY ARE AWFUL AND NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. We even personally called THREE times PRIOR to delivery to very that there would be STARGAZERS and LILIES in the arrangement. We were told of course! The was similar to the $9.99 arrangement available from Walmart. What I find more amazing is that the young lady that answers the phone has NO supervisor she apparently reports only to the CEO. Very rude and non-caring. This was a horrible experience and we are upset that this was the one arrangement the family asked for.....

Do not use Ava’s florist they are not a local florist they do not make it right it is hard to contact them I had funeral sprawl delivered . It was late the spray was sob standard the flowers were wilted, of poor quality missing the red white and blue theme. They said they would contact the florist the contracted out to and never tried to correct their mistake. I was forced to take my own time go. to a local florist and deliver it myself. For just about the same money and the quality from my florist saved my whole family from the embarrassment this company caused me. Do not use this Ava’s florist their in New Jersey and don’t care about the customer satisfaction. Al

FLOWER WERE SUPPOSED TO DELIVER AUG. 1 BEFORE NOON, THEY GOT THERE AUG. 2 AT 4PM. INSTEAD OF A MIX OF EXOTICS AND ROSES ITS ALL ROSES. AT LEAST THEY WERE OF DECENT QUALITY

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a Purple Orchid on July 19th to be delivered on July 28th for my Mother's Birthday. As she lives out of state. Anyway, they contacted me the 29th and told me the flower was unavailable. They should have contacted me sooner to let me know so I could have made other arrangements. Instead they waited until the day after her birthday to contact me. So beyond frustrating and disappointing. Unable to get a refund. We spent $78.00 and it's just gone. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER AND WHEN THAT HAPPENS CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY HAVE A BBB RATING OF F FOR A REASON. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS.

I ordered flowers for my 85 year old aunt as a surprise. I usually order from 1-800 flowers, but thought I would give them a try. Unfortunately, they did not deliver a nice nor fresh arrangement, and when I spoke to the customer service department explaining my Aunt's disappointment, they said they would replace the flowers. No replacement flowers came, and they would not return my phone calls. Buyer beware. If I were you, go with the tried and true companies that deliver what they claim. Will NEVER buy from them again.

Worst company ever!!! Don't order form them. I used their website, when I filled in the delivery address all was fine, I used google auto fill to fill out my billing address. The auto fill was allowed to overwrite the delivery address, which is an issue with the database coding... which is sad that isn't very hard to manage/maintain or write. There was no review of the addresses before submitting the order. After the order was placed I noticed the address was wrong, and only the state, city, and zip, not the street address part. Terrible Misrepresentation You don't get what you pay for! Terrible, never again. I ordered a lavendary sympathy spray for my Dad's funeral. I was very sad to see that they had sent plain white flowers to the church. If I wanted to order white flowers I would have. I called to tell them of my displeasure and their remedy was to offer me a 20 % discount on a future order. No Thanks I would NEVER order from Avasflowers.net.

ORDERED 2 SETS OF FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL. THEY MESSED IT UP AND ONLY DELIVERED ONE SET OF FLOWERS. YOU ADVISE THEM AND THEY SAY IT IS PAST 24 HOURS SO THEY GIVE YOU A 15 STORE CREDIT TO USE THEM AGAIN. i WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
