I've been trying for three days to talk to someone. Do you still having people working for you?
I’ve had these for three weeks and don’t care for them much. They’re complicated to figure out and any little bit of earwax and they don’t work which happens often. if you wear reading glasses you’re knocking them off your ear every time you put them on or take them off.
As part of UHC hearing benefits I was referred to Jabra online and authorization was sent to Jabra. After waiting a week a person called me on Sunday morning me that somebody from the the product division would contact me soon. That was Sunday morning and I am still waiting.
I tried the rest and now have bought and use the best...Jabra!
My initial experience with Jabra Enhance (different name at the time) was excellent. After using their hearing test app, I purchased a set and they arrived tuned quite well. This was immediately followed by an online Zoom-like session with an audiologist to ensure proper fit and answer any questions. A while later the audiologist followed up and enhanced the tuning. For three years, my experience with the world around me is improved when I put them on in the morning. A while back, one developed a slight concern with the battery door. there hearing aids were great but the customer service was terrible. Sending thumbtack but have read comments about getting your money back even in the return time

I tried other less expensive hearing aids with enough success that I felt I would benefit from better hearing aids. I had researched and researched. I came to the conclusion Lively was the ones I wanted to try. I was amazed at the sound when I put them on. They gave me back my hearing. Now I can hear the TV and conversations with no problems. They sound completely natural. They are worth every penny I spent. The App that goes with them is as good as the hearing aids. It provides me with the ability to make changes and fine tune my hearing for different environments. They are the real deal. You won’t be dissappointed.
I have top-of-the-line rechargable Lively aids. Their products and services are excellent. I paid $1695 for two hearing aids. I've worn hearing aids from the big manufacturers and have paid as much as $4600 per pair. The Lively aids are just as good and I have not been paid to do this revue.
I recently had my hearing aids stolen with my glasses when at a pool on vacation. Not insured I called Costco to make an appointment to get new ones. The first appointment was 3 weeks out so I contacted Lively and am so glad I did. They gave me a hearing test on the app I downloaded with no obligation. I was skeptical at first bet Sind my hearing aids cane in a few days I have had constant support and saved hundreds of dollars and they attempt much more comfortable then the Costco ones. I was raving about how great these hearing aids were and how they even helped reduce my tinnitus dramatically.
The customer service is fantastic and I love being able to talk to the audiologist via zoom.
THEN - I LOST ONE OF MY HEARIN AIDS!! I called the company and a very friendly rep told me not to worry and they would ship me a brand new pair, custom tuned to my hearing the very same day!! There is a $195 copay but I am happy to pay that because it was my stupidity that caused me to lose the aid.
Now my rating is 10 stars, not 5. I love this company and I love this product.
After listening to my wife tell me I needed hearing aids. I say a commercial on TV and investigating Audicus and Eargo which are rated higher I determined that Lively is the best overall choice because of warranty, Price and ongoing support. My first visit with the audiologists I was satisfied with the overall experience. When looking to the future I determined that buying newer hearing aids would be cheeper thats Audicus membership plan by far. They say join for $39 dollars per month but that is only for one ear and there cheapest hearing aid. The top of the line hearing aids are $178 per month for two ears. After having a Starkey pair of hearing aides for 6 years purchased through an Audiologist for a grand prize price of $6000 and then a $300 yearly cost for service and free batteries which I had to go get 30 miles away, I finally gave up on them because I could not watch TV without CC. I also could not understand most of phone conversations or conversations with my family. I started withdrawing from almost everyone and my spouse grew angry at ALWAYS having to repeat multiple times.
