Worst claims processing I’ve ever experienced. The claim processor for my claim suddenly had a 3 day illness the day my claim was assigned, didn’t call back for 2 days after, I still haven’t gotten my payment and it’s been almost a month. Supposedly a check was sent last week but it never arrived, even though I got every other piece of mail from them, including a thank you letter from the claims processor. It looks like they are intentionally stalling payment.
