The convenient mail-order format is attractive for consumers who want to avoid traditional metal braces and regular, painful adjustment visits, or the cost of in-office aligner treatment. Likewise, SnapCorrect's low prices, and their periodic sales, make them the most affordable option out there. Being a relatively new company, they may have fewer online reviews than large competitors, but the available reviews are mostly very positive.

Like other mail order invisible aligner companies, customers purchase a kit from SnapCorrect, which they use to take impressions of their teeth. The resulting molds are used to create the full set of clear aligners the customer will use throughout their treatment. The treatment lasts between 3 to 9 months, but some may take as long as 18 months. Unlike some direct to consumer competitors, SnapCorrect’s advanced aligner technology allows for the moving of back molars, which expands the type of cases that qualify for treatment. I received treatment from Snap Correct and the treatment was not successful 13 different times due to manufacturing defects. I have been so incredibly patient with them for the last 3 years and they have stopped responding to my emails. I never signed an agreement that doesn't guarantee results. Completely unethical. Complete SCAM! Do not waste your money.

My insurance wants to pay for aligners but snapcorrect won't give Tax I.D and license# to process claim. Have contacted customer serv. for the 4TH time and also my ins co. have spoke with them. They said the that it was more involved and needed to look into it. Now myself and ins. are involved and no one will return phone calls or emails.
