All of their mattresses are made in the USA, and are CertiPUR-US® certified, which means that not only that they’re comfortable to sleep in, but they’re also safe and healthy. The prices range between $799 and $2,199, depending on the model, and all mattresses come in three levels of firmness.

SpineAlign® offers customers a 10-year warranty, and a 100-night trial, and exchanges or refunds in case customers aren’t satisfied with their purchase. Additionally, customers have the option to pay in full, or finance their purchase with the company’s partner, Klarma Financial. Its 14” Deep Sleep™ hybrid mattress in the mid-range queen model sells for only $1,599, and, unlike other mattresses companies reviewed by us, the price stays the same no matter which level of firmness the customer chooses. Additionally, SpineAlign offers more inexpensive models like the company’s 11’’ Rest & Renew™ mattress, which sells for as low as $799 for the twin size mattress, and also offers more luxurious models, like the 13.5’’ Luxury Hybrid™, which sells for $1,899 for a queen size mattress. Customers of SpineAlign® may pay for the mattresses in full, but the company also offers financing through its partner, Klarna Financing.

Customers may request a refund if the mattress isn't working for them during the 100-night trial period. However, SpineAlign may charge an early return fee if the mattress is returned before 30 days of using it. Additionally, both the 10-year limited warranty and 100-night guarantee will be voided once the mattress leaves US territory. Customers are encouraged to contact SpineAlign's customer support before beginning the return process.

Warranty Details
SpineAlign offers customers a 10-year limited warranty on all of its mattresses. The warranty starts on the date you order the mattress and is non-transferable. The warranty covers defects, body indentations of 1'' or greater that aren't the result of improper use, and deterioration of the foam occurring from normal usage.

SpineAlign offers customers a 100-night trial period, and customers can either exchange, or ask for a refund if the mattress isn't right for them.
