I recently used the services of Allegiance Moving and Storage to go from the big city of New York to the small town in Mississippi. I never thought I'd say that moving could be so easy or seamless but with their help not only were my nerves calmed but my items were treated with care and delivered in the time frame that I needed. I can honestly say that if I had to move again, which I hope I don't, Allegiance moving and storage is already the company I know to call. Highly recommend them to anyone moving for the first time or hopefully the last time.

Do not use Allegiance Moving and Storage they are a broker and contracted out to a horrible carrier IMOVERS LLC. They low ball the quote to lure you in, then they assign unprofessional carriers. A few days before the move they review the low ball estimate and you have no choice but to pay the additional price. Then the carrier shows up and demands more cash to move your belongings and more cash to unload at destination. You are lucky to get next day delivery as I did, however 90% of my SOLID real wood furniture and Sleep Number bed and LOVESAC couch were damaged. the customer service team at Allegiance is poor and the quality assurance person Michael is horrible and demeaning. After calling various moving companies and putting in several quotes I was at my Wit's End and not knowing who to choose but Allegiance Moving and Storage made that decision so much easier. After the first phone call with Michael I knew I had chosen the right company . They not only were able to pack all of my items but transport them efficiently promptly and also deliver in the time frame that I needed to start my new job. My new career and my new home would not be any of those things without the exceptional assistance of Allegiance Moving and Storage.
The best decision I ever made was answering the phone call from Allegiance moving and storage. The moving coordinator not only was prompt and precise and asked me all the questions that I needed to set up my move accordingly but also brought up things I didn't even consider. I was able to get my stuff picked up and delivered to my new apartment in the time I needed and concentrate on my new job while they did the rest. Thank you to your amazing team and crew!
I recently used the services of Allegiance moving and storage for not only my home items but also my vehicle. They were able to get me moved from Idaho to New York without any hiccups and I was informed every step of the way. I am glad to now know that my items are in my home and my vehicle is in my driveway and I could start getting settled into my forever home.
They were very reliable and the price was reasonable. They handled the boxes well, the furniture was well wrapped, and everything arrived in good condition. I highly recommend them. Incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The estimate was right on and didn’t exceed the budget. Respectful, professional, hardworking, and extremely patient, taking care not to damage anything.
I am so glad that I answered Sean's call when I did. Not only was he able to get a full list of my items but make sure that I was getting the services that I needed for my military move. I recently used Allegiance moving and storage to ship items I had in my storage unit in MA to OH for over 3 years. I didn't remember all the stuff I had inside the unit but the moving coordinator Bill was able to allot me enough space to not only transport the storage unit items but also make sure the items were packaged correctly to arrive at my location safely and efficiently. I am glad to have my items in my forever home since it took longer than expected to finish building and be able to have my old mementos and priceless memorabilia back and set up my garage the way I have always dreamed of. Thank you to the amazing team and patience they all had with me.
