I have to give credit where it's due and Allegiance moving and storage surpassed my expectations. From the first call with Andrew to the interaction with the crew members my experience was great. There was the normal stresses of moving but they were quick to help me finish packing and didn't complain nor were annoyed with my numerous questions and even with the rain they were able to keep my items dry and safe for shipping. Thank you for all your hard work and attentiveness, 100 stars if possible!
When I was looking for a moving company I already knew from past experiences what the red flags were. Allegiance moving and storage had none. The moving coordinator Sean was a joy to speak to and listened to what I needed and the customer service was understanding in all aspects. The crew at my pick up and drop off locations were all professional and courteous and not once made me feel uncomfortable or forced to pay extra. The no hidden fees or fine print is also what made me happier to have chosen them.
Allegiance moving and storage made our move easy, less stressful and even reassembled my furniture and set it up in the right rooms which took a load off my back, literally. The cost was reasonable and they did not disappoint when it came to efficiency and promptness. Thanks for making this move a lot smoother than expected!
Moving is quite possibly the least favorite thing for any one to have to do, especially to a new city where you know no one and are a new college graduate but that was not the case with Allegiance moving and storage. I went from a small town to a big city and besides being nervous I didn't know the first thing about how the moving industry worked and was relying on them more than I had expected. They did not disappoint. My moving coordinator Sean was able to get my move going and the customer service and dispatch department had me updated every step of the way. Thank you Allegiance moving and storage for making my move so much easier and less stressful. If it wasn't for the amazing staff and services I would have never been able to move my elderly mother's items across the country for her to be able to be closer to me and my children. We are beyond thankful and grateful for all their hard work!
From all the moving companies I looked into Allegiance moving and storage stood out for their services for military members. I typically move every 4-5 years and love the different places but not the part of packing and transporting my stuff. They were efficient and precise and ended up doing all the packing for me and I had my items in the time frame I needed to be able to get my new place ready. Thank you for taking all the headache of moving off my plate and making it a smooth transition, HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for anyone either service member or not.

I called Allegiance Moving to help move my parents from their home of 28 years, to an assisted living facility. Bill was fantastic to work with. The crew that arrived at my parents home were so kind and professional. They packed and loaded everything without any problems. On the day of delivery, the crew assembled the furniture and even assisted my parents with getting some items placed where needed since my parents were not able to lift them. I am very happy we chose this company to take care of my parents and all of their belongings.
