This company misrepresented themselves! I asked for insurance which they continued to not provide, and I asked if they had their own movers. The man on the phone told me they were their movers. This was a lie. The mover called 2 days prior to our move and he was not able to answer questions asked directly or give the correct company name. We cancelled only to then get a very unfriendly customer service woman. I was upset at being lied to and all she did was make it worse. I would NEVER use this company EVER.
