Be careful, America First Moving Services is a scam. They will turn your moving process into a nightmare. Moving fraud is real, I should have done my due diligence and look more into this topic, but it is already done, To start, America First Moving Services collects substantial initial deposits from you. Afterwards, you find yourself at the mercy of unfamiliar companies. Once these companies take possession of your items, they demand additional funds, often in the form of overcharges amounting to thousands of dollars. We're sorry to hear that you are so dissatisfied with your services, despite our Customer Support team offering you the highest level of service. We have spoken with you multiple times a day, we have connected you to supervisors, clearly explained in great detail the answers to every question you have brought to our attention, not to mention also corresponded with you very promptly via email. Your spouse signed and agreed to everything the team thoroughly explained to her at the time of pickup - in fact, you nor your spouse contacted us until after your pickup was completed. We have explained multiple times that you more than doubled your inventory which increased the necessary space reservation. This will affect your pricing.As a courtesy, we offered to provide you with 30 days of free storage if necessary. Your spouse had placed your first available date for delivery as "immediate", and we called today to inform you that delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. You stated that you were not able to make the remaining payment. We did inform you that should you refuse to make the contractually obligated payment, you would be subject to storage and re-delivery fees. You have continually asked us to break company policy while making threats of extortion alongside your previous slanderous and defaming remarks. Should you have any further questions or if we may be of assistance in any way, please feel free to continue your communication with the Customer Support team as you have been.
Took them no time to move my 3 bedroom place to the other side of the city, It was fast and affordable.
