Please do your homework & look at reviews from BBB which this company is not a member of but has several reviews on, please make sure you know what moving company AmeriSafe Moving Service contracts your move with & review on consumer affairs, BBB and other non biased formats. Moving is extremely stressful. I did not have the time to do a thorough investigation like I normally do & I feel like I have lost all my household goods, valuables, years of hard work to have nice furniture and home goods. Also out over $10,000 at this time & have none of my valuables and no answers. AmeriSafe Customer Service will not help you, understand your concerns. They will put it all back on the customer. I... I hired this company to help me move to my new place and was very happy with their service. The movers were punctual, professional, and very quick. The price was also reasonable. Highly recommended.

First I must admit the boys arrived on time. In fact, they called me to apologize for being late but they still arrived 10 minutes early. They were also helpful and very friendly, they treated the furniture delicately even though they had to carry large and heavy objects such as a bed and a TV measuring more than 60 inches. Anyway, I am very grateful to them, plus... the price was very affordable. The language barrier didn't even exist, I speak Spanish and we were still able to communicate well. There is always a person in charge to speak English with you. If I move again tomorrow, I already know who I should call.
