Two men, one large truck, and an amazing value for the price. Got my whole 1bdrm moved out and into my new place (about 7 mins away) in less than two hours!! I was skeptical because of the hourly rate quoted, but they delivered and were very careful and quick! I would totally use them again but hopefully I won't be moving again soon haha. They also text if that's more convenient, for me it was since I've been so busy with my move. Highly recommend!!!
The great team did excellent moveout help. The team came on time, and without much instruction, they conducted full move-out
Great service, professional movers who move very efficiently and communication is excellent. Also they will give you the cheapest cash quote, and also don't charge for mileage and gas.
My 80-year-old mother trusted this company and the movers/storage it contracted to move her from SC to MO. She shouldn’t have. From not giving an inventory, copy of the bill of lading, or a firm time when they’d deliver the furniture, by the time they arrived, we had been sitting around for 3 days waiting (ex: drizzle, not hard rain, drizzle meant driving was difficult, ie no delivery) and were sure it was never going to happen. The company gave us the run around as we waited. They demand untraceable payment (cash/certified check) before they unload and then don’t provide a receipt. We hired AmeriSafe Moving to help move a 200lb elliptical machine from Miami.
They was quick to respond via email and very accommodating. They had a flexible schedule, showed up on time, loaded up the machine without issues, unloaded at the destination and completed the job smoothly without any issues.
We would definitely keep them in mind for any other moves in the future!!
Second time using them & they were great, especially when i was pregnant. offered large wardrobe boxes for random things and long clothes. only dislike was charging me for time during traffic when a big rig turned over which i had no control over but i understand other than that still a wonderful experience. recommended them to a friend and family member!
We moved from a townhouse to house Delray Beach FL, to San Jose, CA. They sent three movers. They packed my kitchen for me, shrunk wrapped everything, handled everything with the utmost care, very polite, very professional. They even placed everything where I wanted it. The cost was three times less than I expected. Great when your on a budget. Definitely using again to move my other belongings out of my storage unit. If I could give ten stars I would. I highly recommend Great Wall Moving.
