Over 10k in damages, 25 days past the first delivery date and half of our items are still missing. Amerisafe keeps ignoring us and pushing any complaints off. They are a blood-sucking brokerage with no respect for their clients.
Formerly National Moving Services (to likely hid bad reviews and complaints, this company is by far the absolute worst company me or my husband have ever had the misfortune of working with in every single way. I don't even know how to quantify just how awful of a company and the people that work for it are. They promised one price and then said they had to charge WAY more once they got there for the move even though we gave them correct information on how much we had to move. They showed up with wrong sized trucks and not enough people. We were promised our items the next day. We didn't actually get our items FOR WEEKS, well past their sneaky contracted date of delivery. Do not use them. They have a whole bait and switch approach. The estimate is no where close to what you'll be charged, mine was tripled. And they already have your stuff so you can't do anything but agree. They will not s show up on your moving day, I'm now 9 days past the agreed upon date and there is no updates on when/if my stuff will get here. Multiple calls for a manager to call back rudely and say" your updates is, there is no update". So not use. There's a whole Facebook page of people who were scammed by their great rates.
This company provided a low cost to get my business, when the mover arrived, the cost went up 60%

Ellos han actuado de muy mala fe conmigo y mi familia! Nos han hecho perder mucho dinero y se han burlado de nosotros en repetidas ocasiones. Los subcontratistas son unos ladrones mentirosos! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE A MOVING BROKER!!! We were totally ripped off and once we made our deposit we were stuck with them or lose our deposit. We moved from FL to CO and called several times to update our estimated goods. They had a good price until the moving truck came and they only reserved 1/3 of the truck. No room for majority of our furniture and boxes! We had to pay another $1500 to add a little space plus my husband had to rent a U-haul and load that HIMSELF with all our boxes and drive across country for another $2500. DO NOT USE A BROKER, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE SPACE FOR THE MONEY!
We are moving from CT. to Arizona ! I have never been treated so Wonderful to us that it was Soo much that TRULY made me CRY ! If you ever need to move , you will not be Disappointed ! Please think about using them before you even think about anyone else ! The stars to rate them aren't close enough , they should have 100 !!!😁🏠🙂💕

I have used many moving companies in my lifetime. I can honestly say AmeriSafe was the absolute worst! First, the salesman never disclosed vital information which I then found out after the fact - with additional fees. Second, they never told me it was a third party moving company. They also told me it was going to be a certain day, later it turned it was a 2 day window. Lastly, they said I could pay with money order or cashier's check, day before move (on a Sunday) they said it had to be CASH or a USPS certified money order.
