I move every six to nine months with the kind of work I do. I am usually back and forth between FL and IL. I have used two other moving companies before Moving Apt and the service is not the same as Moving Apt. The process was smooth and easy. The order was free of hassle due the professional customer service staff along with the actual movers. The van even beat me to the new address and was ready to start unpacking as soon I arrived. My things were intact and still neatly in my boxes. From there, I could conclude that their drivers were safe and reliable. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone that truly appreciates accountability and efficient service.
Terrible company-----cancelled with us less than 24 hours of our arranged time/date. No apologies. It was a holiday weekend
The sales rep was great when we booked; however, we have had to deal with 4 different departments since then. All have given slightly different info on the payment process as well as the over all process. We are now beyond the 21 day contractual delivery date and I have been unable to get an answer to where our stuff is and when it will be delivered. We have had to rent a hospital bed for my dad while we are waiting on his to arrive with no eta in site. We were advised we could pay by credit card for the entire amount; however, when the movers got involved they said payment by zelle only. I filled out a few online quotes and it seemed the whole world got my info. Anyway, I chose Moving Apt. I originally spoke with their sales rep, a nice guy. We went over everything and got a base quote. Seemed reasonable, so we chose this company and booked the move. The original quote was for household items and a vehicle. It was to be done by two different movers. The car delivery went great, super nice guy came and got it and delivered it a week later, no issues. As far as we had some heavy furniture, I was worried but they managed everything nicely. I did have them pack up my china cabinet to assure it was done correctly They took great care of my belongings and all my furniture... Read More

I had to move to an apartment I rented in Georgia. It was only a few blocks away but couldn't find the time to do it. A neighbor of mine suggested that I take a look at the website of a company called Moving Apt. I then contacted them for their moving services. They listened to me, they were all ears. I was told that I will find their agents on my doorstep on Saturday morning. It was working out perfectly. Right at 8 in the morning, they were at my place and according to instructions; they were packing my stuff in no time. The packing and un-boxing was done watchfully and none of my belongings were damaged or scratched. I recommend these guys for any sort of moving needed! Thanks!
Once again, I find myself writing an excellent review for Moving APT. This is the 3rd time I am using them for a move. I have recommended them to anyone who need their items stored or moved to another place. Their staff is extremely helpful and the movers are professional and caring. Thank you for a job well done!
I have been so impressed with Moving Apt - the entire way through! From getting a quote, to the expert packing of art and antiques, to a magnificent driver who was able to maneuver his semi through a constricted parking area and quickly unpacked my goods – these people deliver expert and friendly service and are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them to you. Moving Apt is a good company and is like a blessing for us.
recently we used APT to move our house stuff from Denver Co to Issaquah WA which, left us with so many damages to our stuff i.e. broken glasses, broken picture frames, missing items so on and so forth. we were double charged from our original contract and kind of moving services we received was nothing less than a nightmare.
I had a bad experience before with another moving company. I was definitely not expecting much when it came to damage free or even getting everything from point A to point B. But I was shocked they took care of my equipment like it was their own which is important to me. This is how I make my living. I will definitely be calling them back in the future. You guys rock and thank you for showing me one bad experience that shouldn't poison my mind for the industry.
