I would use Moving Apt again without even thinking twice. Such a nice and friendly company that puts you first. I called last minute with a decent size apartment that needed to be moved within the week. They didn’t ask too many questions and they didn’t make it seem like I was too much of a hassle. They put me on their schedule right away. The day that I needed to move was the exact date they promised me! The sales rep and the workers were very productive and helpful. It was an overall great move.
My wife found Moving Apt for our move. Their sales rep offered me a competitive price and informed us details of the moving process and also gave me detailed info on what to do before the pickup date, what to do on the pickup day and what to expect at the final destination. Packing and loading process took about two days after which they drove it to my city. The unloading team brought everything they needed. Our electronics and fragile glass items were all as well as I had handed it over to them. All of my valuables were in great shape. At last, I found that everything was fairly close to how it was described to me from the very beginning. I am happy that I chose this company.
My new employers would not compensate for the cost of moving. And I'm not wealthy enough to hire expensive moving companies. I hired Moving Apt simply because I could afford them. They gave me the lowest quote and since they are pretty new in the business, I figured they would damage my goods and then I can ask for paybacks. However, new or not, these guys are total professionals. They are very punctual and skilled. All my furniture arrived completely unharmed. I just couldn't believe that I got professional services at that price.
I can’t even begin to tell you how worried I was before this move. Thankfully, I had Moving Apt made it all so easy for me. Since the moment I first called them, they seemed friendly and extremely reliable. I wasn’t disappointed by the movers either. They showed up right on schedule. They packed up everything quickly and loaded all my belongings to the truck. The delivery was in a given time as promised with no damage made to my valuables. The movers unpacked and helped me assemble my new furniture. This company is the real deal.
My mother was in need of a mover and I used MOVING APT when I had to relocate for my job. Once again they were very good to me and my mother. My moving coordinator helped me with everything from start to finish. All of her furniture was completely packed because this time around I got the platinum pack per his request. She needed a little more assistance since I wasn't able to help and she was pleased with all of the movers and the job that they did. She wasn't able to bring her live plants but she has too many anyways so it was far from a deal breaker! Thanks again for all of your help, I will recommend you in the future once again.
I was moving from Miami, FL to NYC and having a hard time organizing how I would be moving. Never used a professional moving service but I heard about Moving Apt and I was very impressed with the service I got. They were prompt, courteous, and use professional and tact when handling my items. I would definitely recommend Moving Apt to anyone looking to move. Their prices are very affordable and it is well worth for the service they provide.
I have absolutely no complaints with the way Moving APT performed during my move just because of the efficiency and pace the movers displayed. They sent a crew made up of very strong and able men; they arrived on time and packed everything perfectly. The best thing about these movers was their speed. They were so fast at packing and loading. I was fearful that they were only focusing on getting the job done fast. But they were also very thorough. I have never seen speed and thoroughness combining so well. I received the delivery right on the scheduled date and everything survived the journey perfectly.
Move from New Jersey to Glens Falls NY. We just moved on March 2021 and used Moving APT. We were highly recommended to use them by my brother-in-law. We have had a good satisfying experience with them. My brother-in-law was right in recommending Moving APT- to us. My husband and I spoke more than once with Hope who was very helpful caring and professional in dealing with us. She walked us through this process which was hard for us due to special circumstances. When I spoke to her, she gave me good advice and I knew and know how they were caring about our special circumstances and that alone is deserving of nothing but the best review which they deserve.
Moving APT was amazing to work with! As we all know, moving is such a pain and you are worried that things will get lost, damaged or the moving team will be in a bad mood because who likes moving?! They changed my negative attitude towards moving completely into a positive, worry-free experience. The service we received from Moving APT was top-notch. Mark and Hope was of great help with advice and suggestions. The moving crew was on time and very professional. They packed and unpack with care; no items were damaged in the transition. The price that was quoted was the final payment. Thank you all for making this move less stressful.
