They made everything easy for me, they took care of my furniture, and they worked really hard! They arrived on time and got everything done! I was really impressed with their plastic wrapping! I feel confident my furniture will be protected from dust in the storage area. I was relieved they could do my two-bedroom apartments move in one trip!
Good communication from the driver on collection and delivery times. The driver was polite and accommodating. Excellent Service. Top-quality, can't recommend them highly enough.
Harold was the lead for this move, and he was just plain amazing!! Hats off to this veteran who took charge and organized the move from start to finish. He is a hard act to follow and sets the standard for excellence. I have never been disappointed in my 5 moves with Moving APT!! Overall a very good experience - I'd happily book them again or refer them! Another job well done!
Has been 2 months and my load is still "en route". Very spotty communication at best. Some customer service representatives became openly annoyed and rude after several inquiries. Not returning calls in a timely manner or ever. Will not connect you to the upper management. They are brokers, and have no control if things go wrong on the actual mover's end. Assured us the shuttle fee was included in the price and the mover is demanding additional $500 for the shuttle or threatens to put stuff in storage and charge the storage fee. Moving APT crews were exceptional in helping us load our personal goods and insuring that no damage was done to any of our belongings. Thank you men. Great job.
Moving APT crew worked tirelessly throughout a long, hard move. Our furniture was wrapped well; we had a very large and heavy king storage sleigh bed that was disassembled and reassembled well, they made sure the adjustable base was working correctly; we also have a power reclining sofa that had to be disassembled and reassembled, again they made sure it was all working correctly before they left. All of the crew was very polite, courteous and professional. Hopefully this is our last move, as we have moved many times in our many years of marriage; but, if we ever do move again I would definitely request Moving APT crew again! they did a Great job! Well done gentlemen!
They arrived early, showed up quickly and unloaded the truck quickly too. I don’t want to move again, but if I do, I will go with these guys.
Cannot say enough HORRIBLE things about this company. The total lack of communication, over priced, terrible customer service. Most of my stuff was broken and filthy dirty if not missing all together and now they won’t take my calls, text or emails. They’ll take your money and leave you hanging. Ian, the sales guy who told me he is “the only person I’d ever have to deal with” literally just blocked me from texting him and told me to stop contacting him. Do not waste your money only to have them ruin your possessions and make your move a terrible experience I’d submit pictures but this won’t let me. Be for warned Stay away!!
We have moved many times, this move was the easiest and reasonably priced, great crew with a outstanding attitudes and work ethics!
Great experience. The gentlemen who helped us never stopped working from the second they showed up. The hours paid for were to the minute. The quality of work was great. They wrapped all of our furniture and were extra careful with the walls and items being moved.
