These three guys came, packed, moved along with large and tiny items, and settled me into my new place. They were all so nice and I would highly recommend them!
The customer service was amazingly polite. I was really happy with the staff. Being so courteous, polite and ready to answer your questions is something every company needs. I had some papers to be readied so as to move the items to another state. Moving Apt helped me throughout this job. It showed their dedication to customer satisfaction. I even had a situation where storage was required for a week. While they did charge as any company should, it was quite minimal and there were some special discounts because the same movers helped me relocate. Definitely worth the cost and a highly recommended company.
If i could leave numerous negative stars i would. They DID NOT inform me that they were just a broker. We moved from 1 state to another, They gave me a price, lo and behold it cost ME DOUBLE what was stated, missing jewelry, broken possessions. Boxes that did'nt even belong to me, VERY RUDE employees, Being told " we don't move this, we don't move that" Gee..what a concept. Get PAID TO NOT MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS! We moved out of a NOT EVEN 700 sq ft apt, They CLAIM 1000 sq ft of belongings.. REALLY???? Would NOT move things because they said it was'nt on their list..The hell it was too!!! It was a great moving experience. Everyone was very friendly and handled all my property with great care. The move was made super smoothly with the mover's great help and packing skills. I want you all to try them. Highly recommended.
It was an absolute pleasure to hire these guys. They didn't even let me help! Loved the fact how they booked my move on such short notice. They were so friendly and polite. They took really good care of my furniture and belongings. Moving has never been so easy :) worth every dollar! Will recommend them to everyone I know very happily.
Using Moving APT helped make this the best move ever! It was so nice to have days to load it and days to unload it instead of having one miserable day at each end. All of the arrangements occurred exactly as expected. Would recommend them to everyone in a second!
Careful and polite. Made everything work as best as possible for us—great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending these guys, and I would love to use them again in the future.
The movers were fast, efficient, fair priced. Punctual. Friendly. Good communication. Overall they are well in all. No complaint about anything, no damage, everything is fine.
