They helped me out with a recent move that was overwhelming and very stressful. They did the move in 3 parts and we’re exceptionally professional and helpful. They helped me when I needed some calming guidance and a plan for how to accomplish such a big project in a short amount of time. I highly recommend them for any move!! I’ve worked with several moving companies in the past and never felt such personal service. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Great customer service and communication from beginning to end. They were with me throughout every step of the process, and they really cared. This was my first time hiring movers, and despite a snow storm on moving day, the movers showed up and did their job well. Management and the movers provided an experience that I was happy with.
The worst ever! They do not own any trucks but they say they do when booking the order.
When booking the order, the salesman told that delivery would be 2-14 days. But when the sub-contractor came to pick up the items, he said it would take 5-14 business days. Then they dont dispactch the items until the very end. And on the 15th business day, they are saying it will take another 1-7 business days to arrive. And moverover, they are able to give only 24 hour notice prior to delivery. These guys are the biggest SCAM artists ever. Absolute pieces of shits. I am disappointed that they guys have a 4 star rating on this site. Kind of wondering if this website is a scam itself.
We hired the moving company Nationwide Moving & Storage LLC for a move from California to Georgia, when we spoke to the broker on May 11 we explained that we were flying to GA. on July 21 and needed our items and furniture to be delivered around July 22, broker told us that he will have our furniture pick up around July 9 or July 10 to get the closer date for delivery, we paid a total for the move $20000 for this move which included movers to load and unload. The Company showed up on July 10th to our 5 bedroom house with only 2 movers complaining to us they get paid only $130 at day and they were tired from working 12 hour days. The price was very reasonable and fair. Nationwide Moving Services was a problem for them. Booking them was very nice. They made this move an easy one. I will happily use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.
The overall experience was fantastic and foreman was extremely helpful and adjusting my move in date and and answering all my questions. Would recommend to anyone.
When planning our move, I spoke with over 10 moving companies. Not only their rates are competitive, but they were also very pleasant to work with and very professional. I also appreciated their flexibility in allowing me to make changes up until the day before the move. On the day of the move, the team arrived on time. They were very careful and professional, taking excellent care of our belongings. I couldn't have had a better experience, highly recommended!
These moving guys are the best! They arrived on time, came up with creative solutions to move my furniture up various windy flights of stairs, were patient and willing to adjust placements as needed, were professional, and worked incredibly hard. I am so pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them.
They made my move easy. They are a great team. Not one of them slacked off and I am so thankful we got them to move our belongings safety to the new house. I highly recommend using them and ask for these guys. You will not be disappointed. Please take care of your movers. They work so hard so you don't have to so please offer your movers drinks to keep them hydrated.
I normally don't write reviews, but I felt a need to after our experience with these guys. We used them for our move yesterday, and they were excellent! They moved our stuff quickly and efficiently, and were very responsive to where things were to go in the apartment. They were also very responsive through email. Our transition to the new place was seamless thanks to our three movers!
