ClassPass Workout Program

Workout Program - 0 / 5

ClassPass' live and on-demand workout program, ClassPass Plus, offers a variety of exercises to its users, including high intensity interval training (HIIT), yoga, strength-training, barr, dancing, kickboxing, pilates and more. Regular classes last no more than 30 minutes and deal with mind and body, cardio and strength routines, while their express classes are shorter in length, lasting for 20 minutes or less. Additionally, users can join live classes every weekday morning from 9 to 10 am EDT and Monday to Thursday evenings at 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30 pm EDT. Those that attend live classes can interact with instructors and other class attendees via ClassPass Live's metric leaderboards. The system pits the user with all class attendees, measuring their heart rates and awarding points for heart rate level and calories burned. To use this feature, users must strap a bluetooth-linked heart rate monitor and stream the service through Chromecast, both obtained through ClassPass Now's introductory package.
