I am extremely pleased with the Professional, quality service we receive. Joe & Dave provide timely response and perform a very thorough job at my home, going above & beyond to attend to every area that needs serviced. I am very grateful for both Joe & Dave! Scheduling future appointments is a real pain. I receive an email notice 2 business days prior to when they want to send the technician. I am constantly rescheduling due to conflicts. On the other hand, technician is very good, knowledgeable and thorough.

The service technician was very nice and professional; however, we have mice invading our home terribly and a rat that has been living under a bush outside of our house. I stated that the mice problem is not being fixed, the bait traps only cause them to die and smell in the house and we cannot find a point of entry. He said he is only authorized to set the bait and snap traps and would need authorization from the office to set a trap outside the house for the rat. They are nesting in our oven for gosh sakes! (That’s going to the garbage!) Mouse droppings on our furniture, end tables, windowsills, makeup stand, baby’s changing table, etc… After four years of service, this company is not... Read More
